Unable to shop from App using iPhone 6I loaded this app onto my mother’s iPhone 6, registered her and was showing her how it would send her to Walmart dot com to shop. Unfortunately, there is no way to access the “continue” button at the bottom of the “shop online” instruction screen. It’s cut off. I can access it fine from my iPhone 8. The objective was to make her feel more autonomous, independent and not having to rely on me to order for her. Now her phone is inadequate, and she’s frustrated. Please fix this. Lady LotzApp is ridiculous ! It list items that when you go to use and pay with your otc card half the items aren’t covered then Walmart wants you to pay for them! Even when you go to the store , use the app, scan items that say covered then go to check out and again covers maybe 50/60 percent of items and not the rest , even when you scanned and it says it’s covered. I’m 65 , almost 66 and I am a fighter! I wonder how many 75-80 year olds just pay money for the items because they need them and don’t know the crookedness of this exclusive contract with Walmart just rips people off!!!!!!!!.Version: 3.0.943

Way to goThe items that are in the book are not always in the system when I go to the cash register at Walmart then I cannot get the items and I have to go home and I have to call the number that is in the book then I find out that the number that is in the book is the incorrect number so something needs to be taken care of so the cash registers at Walmart need to have the items that are in the book taken care of and then the phone number that we are to call when we want to purchase that over the counter products Needs to be corrected sorry I spoke on the phone so no pronunciatio.Version: 3.0.969

Ridiculous & UnacceptableI get my info signed in and then the screen is frozen. This happened 7x now. A week ago I tried several times and got nowhere. Frozen screen. ITC &Healthy BenefitsI have had nothing but trouble I had the PPO plan and ordered things and never received them. Switched to HMO Plan at first it worked second time I used it said it was deactivated so I never received the food Benefits and if you don’t use them each month you loose them. So what good are they if you can’t use the card. My agent that represents United Healthcare is great he goes way beyond in trying to get things straight for you. But he can’t do there job. Won’t work!I have tried and tried to get this to open and it does NOTHING! I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it and even contacted the website. They told me it only happens on certain phones??!! Like what?? I have the iPhone 12 plus with all updates installed and it was working just fine and then at the beginning of the year it just stopped working! I enjoyed having the app to order from the comfort of home because I have a weak immune system and choose to shop from home. Where did my order go?This is my second comment. With out being able to get my NON FOOD items in store because it only accepts food and feeling about ready to give up I decided trying again ordering my non food items on line. I pick out everything and check out and it says order sent. I even took a screenshot of my purchases and my total and remaining credit. For 2 days I don't get any email talking about my order. I check on the app to look at purchase history and to my dismay all my credit money amount is back at the amount before I ordered anything. So I get my money back but no order. Just like I didn't order anything. So now I can't get things in the store and I can't get anything online. This is the biggest joke there ever was. What happened to my order??? Why won’t it save login info anymore?I appreciate the app very much, and when I first got it, it saved the login information which was handy when I was in Walmart and needed to see if something was covered. It’s been about a year and every time I see an update, I hope it’s one of the changes made, but it’s not. If you don’t want people to stay logged in on the app, at least make it accessible via the biometric log in using a fingerprint like bank apps utilize, or just ask for the password and save the email address. Also one question, this happens with multiple products, but if they aren’t covered, why do you have them in the catalog? Example: Polygrip denture cream, it is in the product list on the app, but will not cover it when I go to check out. Fixing these two things would raise my stars from 3 to 5..Version: 1.0.36

Confusing appUse the app and select products thru Walmart. All items selections are with the HealthyBenefits mobile app. I assume items I select are covered under the BCBS HealthyBenefits program. At payment checkout time it asks for an additional payment form (credit card). WHY??? If the items are covered with the Benefits app card WHY do I have to pay with my credit card. This makes no reason to me other than it’s a Walmart transaction. If items are not covered under the selection within the app tell me if I HAVE to pay for the items with my own money..Version: 3.0.969

Not very customer friendly!!!I have ordered couple of times through this app (via UHC’s OTC benefits) and I must say, this app seems to be created by a committee. They haven’t made it easy to use as one has to struggle before they can get over many nuisances. I believe it can be improved significantly, to make it easier to place orders. An example example: if I have not entered a value in a text box, or checked a box, TELL ME WHAT I MISSED. Instead one has to stare at the same screen, waiting for it to take them to the next step. After several tries I figured out that I actually HAD to enter a mobile phone number in a box that was OPTIONAL info..Version: 1.0.16

One star becauseI tried this app in several stores and the only thing it came up with was ‘discounts’ for items I don’t want or use. Every time I scanned an item in store, it said the product was not in my plan. Their ‘catalog’ of items I can get are of no use because they don’t include product descriptions like size of the items for purchase - for all I know they would charge a bloated price and ship me a trial size. ProblemsI gave the program 3 stars because it is a good program but the app needs work. I lose most of my benefits each month because of the app not working correctly. I haven't tried the card in the store because the app is more convenient well it would be if it worked. Every time I try to make an order I get a message saying that my cart was recently updated and confirm my products. I'm not sure what it wants me to check because the items in my cart are the ones I want. Useless for healthy groceriesI cannot add my healthy groceries card to this app. Noone seems to be able to help with this. I have called several times to the number on the back of the card, and to Anthem. They keep telling me just go to the app and add my card number and there is nowhere to do it. Then they tell me go to the actual website and add my number there’s nowhere to do it. This app is uselessI went to Walmart and used the scanner. I only placed items that were approved in my cart. At checkout only $33 of $104 was deducted from my benefits. I had $389. Instead of paying the $70+ dollars I canceled the sale. I called the benefit number to be placed on hold for almost 30 minutes. I was then told that Walmart changed which items would be covered and I should place an order online. Why would you have a barcode scanner that isn’t accurate? Oh- and CVS no longer participates! Not useable...When I find the product I want and the app says its available there is no way I can put it in my cart. So far the only thing this app has worked for is in the store checking to see if what I want qualifies. The pharmacy can do that with the scanner. When I find a product, the app wants me to pick a store, when I do, it immediately takes me to my google maps. I don’t want directions, I want to know if the store I selected has the item in stock. Walmart eligible items and product scanner through appI scanned every food item that I was going to purchase at Walmart the other day and everything in the basket came up as eligible for healthy food benefit through the app I get to the check out and I was told I had to pay $27 cash for the items that weren’t eligible because the register deemed them ineligible when the scanner in the app said they were and these were items like a protein drink through V-8 that I bought before and was eligible heart healthy trail mix that’s nuts I would assume is eligible things that are just healthy food that normally is eligible because I bought them before and they’re not eligible this time so I had to put a whole bunch of stuff back. Useless to scan items in store !! I’ve 2 yrs !This app is supposed to help us scan items in stores to see if the products are approved. I’ve had the app over two years and it still doesn’t work as intended to check items so we don’t have to scan everything at the register smh 🤦‍♀️ and then find out it’s not approved. So when will your app ever work correctly? What is wrong with your system that it doesn’t line up with cash registers in stores? Wretchedly User UNfriendlyIt’s as though they set out to make it as user unfriendly as they possibly could. It worked a few times (still was exceedingly cumbersome to use); after the last update, there is literally no way to view the catalog of approved items, much less shop. You can find the local Walmart, but all it does is ask if you need directions. I deleted & reinstalled app to no avail. It’s more of the same: punishing people for being disabled & poor. I just want to click on items within the catalog to see more details than the thumbnails have on them, but you had to go back & forth to the Walmart app just to look at each product, and add items to my cart that are approved. (Surprise: many items from the catalog are not approved/covered.) I can’t even get to the catalog, now. It’s hard to believe non-function is the best they can do with the app..Version: 3.0.506

Crash and BurnApp worked fine at first. I went to do my first order- spent almost 1.5 hours getting to the things I needed only to have the app crash at checkout. Closed out app and reopened it and now it does nothing. Can’t even get into the checkout cart. By the way, the card cannot be used at Walmart unless you do it online. I know, I tried two different Walmarts today… so… yeah… as soon as open enrollment begins again I will be changing insurance providers. This is just horrible. App freezingI have just installed the healthy benefits app onto my new iPhone 12, after registration everything is frozen and it keeps happening over and over. So, I deleted the app and tried to start it over, still keeps freezing up on me. I have tried ordering 7 times already, it freezes up, I have to close it out or delete it completely, then I lose my cart. Super frustrating 😤 My app will not even show me my balance now, it freezes immediately after I open it. SMH I haven’t been able to use my benefits bc of this..Version: 3.0.1120

My upgrading today was a crash of a mistakeI typically don’t have problems with these particular upgrades but unfortunately today’s upgrade was a huge mistake as I’m unable to use my app now. Does not support on iPadI liked it when it was introduced many many months ago when you are able to sign in and browse thru what you need without having to go right over to the Walmart site . Each time I wanted something where before you are able to view the price , it goes right over to Walmart once again and then have to go back to the HB and it's a bit annoying going back and forth . Another thing I look at the catalog and it's about $1.00 cheaper then Walmart . It went up in price without notice . A new catalog should be reissued and if one see it in the catalog it should be given for that price and still to many items are not in stock since the last time I have purchased and other categories there are nothing in it. What a nightmareMy husband has had these benefits for years. Ever since they switched from first line ordering it is a total nightmare. I order through the app, it goes through but I never receive an email or my items. So many things are out of stock!! Today, I attempted to call in my order (one hour and 17 minute phone call). App is okThis is great for helping you keep track of your balance. The scan items to check if it qualifies, however, needs work. I scanned every item to see if it qualified for the benefit and all the items I put in my basket registered as qualified. Any that came up not qualified was put back on the shelf. So I finish scanning and selecting my items and go to the register get rang up to be told there is a balance due. It took 3 employees to figure out which item did not qualify for the purchase. Then once they did, the whole order had to be voided and started over. I’m not the only one this happened to. It is frustrating and leaves some people in tears..Version: 3.0.748

Ap is fine but am confused.The book has ID numbers for each item but none on line. How can one order from both? Or is it all one or the other? I have Used many of your products but not always in the strength you have listed. ie. my PC rec., I take 1000 mg of Omega 3. The one I ordered only had 360 mg. Of Omega 3. The rest of the 1200 was other acids. Either I take 3 a day or go to your store and buy the one I have been using (1000 omega3 and nothing else) Why can’t I use this credit in one of your stores. Quite uselessYou can go into Walmart and scan something and it says it’s part of the plan. I’ve spent several hours in Walmart picking up items to see if they were part of the plan. But when you get to the check out most of the items are not on the plan. And the cashier said she can’t take it off because she doesn’t know which ones aren’t part of the plan. So you end up paying out of pocket for items that shows as part of the plan. I spent $89 from items suppose to be part of the plan and then I ended up paying $52 in cash. I would not have taken the items that were not covered through the register but she could not tell me which ones weren’t. She said it’s a common thing with this card, is very troubling and a lot of people get upset. I can see why. I’ve always ordered through the catalog until is offered little of what I needed and I HAD to go to the store. I would prefer having the products that we had in the past year. Or if they were at H-E-B to the list of stores to get items from. It’s more of a hassle than a help. Fix the problem so when people go to the store the items that show covered are covered. When I called in explaining what happened the Lady told me Walmart could charge whatever they wanted. And if they didn’t cover some of the items then they couldn’t do anything about it. Very Frustrating AppI do not do my own shopping. I have to make a list of my items. This app only scans actual bar codes! What if I’m not in a store to scan a barcode! I need to be able to enter the UPC number to see if an item is eligible! Right now I have to find the item of food I want, do a google search for the barcode on my computer then use the app on my phone to scan the barcode on my computer! Today I’m at a loss, I can’t find a barcode for 2 items only the UPC! I have called Humana for help but they could not assist me. There is no contact information for Healthy Benefits Plus! Not good! HorribleThis app is about taking your money, they say they are about healthy food but the approved items are all processed. Since the approved supermarkets either tell my parents they have no money or the items are not approved even though they are. My parents have used OTC for many years and ever since United Health Care changed to Healthy Benefits Plus it’s been a headache. I’m going to keep writing reviews because the high ratings are lies. Items that are approved on one day is rejected the following day. Cashiers tell my parents they have no money on their cards when they have more than enough. Walmart is being pushed on customers, the healthiest items are pickup orders and the closest Walmart is 10 miles away. The items for delivery is VERY limiting, Walmart also change items that were delivery to pickup. My parents get anxiety about going to pharmacy since that’s the only place where they can buy. Again, items that are approved by scanning the items on the app is rejected by the cashiers and sometimes yell at my parents because they have to void the transaction because my parents can’t pay out of pocket..Version: 3.0.802

So when you go to the store and scan an item it may say it is a product which is covered under healthy benefits but when you get to the cash register you find out it is not covered. It does not seem that anyone is maintaining the product data in the app for scanning purposes which makes your in-store shopping hey super pain in the neck and finding out only a handful of your items actually qualify at check out..Version: 3.0.748
