✓ Frustrating to useThis is one of the worst apps I’ve used to view content. Hard to find content and when you do find and start viewing; all the controls on Apple TV don’t do what you would expect, to the point that it is borderline unusable. Very frustrating!.Version: 5.2.1

✓ Mind blowing app..when it works!I would venture to say that this is the best app one could ever hope to download. However, the extreme pleasure one could extract from the experience is somewhat lost when the streaming skips or freezes during the video playback. Live feeds are all good and almost make the app life-altering in its own right. Please Red Bull app designers, work your cyber magic on the streaming side of the virtual world. Cheers.Version: 2.4.2
✓ Only Good For Scattered BrainsAs we already know, Red Bull has some of the best content out there - the app is garbage though. Want to watch a race series or other show in order? Good luck. If you are even able to consistently find what you’re looking for in the first place, you’ll watch one episode and then the app makes it impossible to find the next episode. I watched the first race recap of the World Enduro Super Series and was able to find the second race, but not after a few minutes of frustration fumbling around in the app. Then when that episode was finished I tried to find the third race, but the race recaps were no longer in the same spot there were just moments before and I gave up trying to watch the series, or anything else on this app for that matter. ✓ Not optimised for Apple TVRedbull TV is incredible but the app is a total disaster for the Apple TV. It’s the worst that I’ve ever come across. HD looks pretty soft and low bit rate on it and it sometimes will to a real low res. It’s glitchy and pauses for a split second every few minutes. It’s a really bad experience and is a really bad reflection on the redbull brand. The iOS app for iPhone works great but the tvOS app version is just so bad. Surely guys, you can do a great job on this? Also it would be great if it worked with the Apple TV match content frame rate setting. I really would love the guys at Red Bull to work hard on this app as I love Red Bull TV..Version: 5.10.1.0

✓ Coverage is amazing, app is mehI love what redbull productions have become and the content itself is 6 out of 5 stars. The thing I have an issue with is that there is very little personalization on the app. No account I can create to save my watched videos and progress? It was fine when it was mostly just one video/episode but now there are shows with multiple seasons and episodes and it’s very hard to keep track of where I am or last episode I watched..Version: 4.4.1
✓ Great Content, Bewildering NavigationLove being able to watch UCI mountain biking on this app. I still haven’t figured how to navigate it though. Can’t figure out how to go back to the previous screen after watching a video. And I can’t understand how the videos are organized. Seems random. ✓ You guys need to fix the crappy quality throttlingYou guys need to fix the crappy quality throttling on Apple TV. It used to be perfect, no motion artifacts, perfect perfect perfect compression. Then it went straight to awful…it never corrects or gets better now. I feel bad for Ryan Sheckler…the guy spends three years filming his video part for you, two major injuries along the way and his Rolling Away docum is practically unwatchable due to poor compression/streaming quality…worse than 480p with macroblocking. ✓ Video quality adjustmentLove the app through and through but for an app with everything, it doesn’t have anyway to change quality. Just auto. So I have to rest the app 3 times to get a video above 144p. Doesn’t matter if you set and wait for an extended buffer for an hour, still 144p. It’s 2020 man. ✓ Apple TV app reviewMinor issue: The app interface is pretty confusing, starting you in live tv and requiring some swipes to see a menu. Major issue: Sometimes the wrong video plays and you have to exit and then play again to get the right video. Seems like a feature that should work correctly in a video player app?! ✓ Constantly blurry contentRedBullTV is literally the only streaming service I have that’s just constantly blurry on my Apple TV. I love the content, but nobody can realistically watch content that’s just always out of focus and blurry from streaming. I don’t have this issue with literally any other streaming app. And my internet speed is insanely fast and high quality. ✓ Pretty Weak App For Such A Large CompanyI really want to like it but they make it so difficult. The search function is pretty awful and can be very difficult to find replays that you know are there somewhere. The app constantly lock up. And why do they not have a fast forward option? ✓ Kooky but funThe interface design of this app is weird, but once you get over that, it works pretty well. I am amazed at the high quality of production and editing, although some of the stuff is a tad superficial and banal. The soap box derby went on and on, with painfully trite commentary. ✓ Poor app in just about every areaNo 10/15 second skip back or forward buttons despite numerous user requests, races incorrectly named, sometimes doesn’t play video or plays audio with no video, video quality drops for no reason. The smart tv app is even worse with unintuitive buttons. Overall video quality is as bad as the taste of their energy drinks so well done on consistently bad products. Was pleased to see there is an option to download for offline viewing,(the only reason why I’m not giving it one star). The quality is terrible and it constantly stops and starts — but my internet connection is fine, and I can watch other events (and use other apps) flawlessly. ✓ Great content, awful interface.Loads of “extreme” sports to choose from, but don’t hope to find something to you’re specifically looking for. The search function and events page desperately needs a filter. If you’re chromecasting forget about being able to skip back a little to replay something, the timeline is far too small and there’s no 15/30 sec jump back or forward option. Quite frustrating when a 3hr event has a timeline less than an inch wide. The only thing going for the app is the content, which is great..Version: 5.9.8

✓ Used to be goodThis app is awful. A much older version (years ago) was good. I could easily navigate to find UCI mountain biking and downhill races, find the most recent race replay, and watch it. Now for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do this. Instead they push their shoes which I will not watch and don’t care about. Utterly impossible to navigate. They need to fire their UX people and make some new hires. I pop it open every once in awhile to see if this time I can figure out how to watch a race, find that I can’t, and kill the app frustrated..Version: 5.9.6

✓ Broken features and poor navigationThe content is great, but that’s about it. It’s incredibly difficult to navigate to specific event videos. The auto-start in the preview is annoying. The download feature does not work in the slightest — the size of the video to download changes as it attempts to download, resulting in it going over 100%, then somehow once downloaded it reverts to 0 then starts downloading again. When trying to play a video that’s been downloaded it always shows an error. Useless..Version: 5.9.17.0

✓ TV app support?Love it. Mostly watch UCI mountain bike replays and the occasional snow sports show. Two requests: 1) on Apple TV please don’t auto start playing some random stuff when I open the app (its very annoying to have that in the background when trying to find the show I actually want to watch); 2) please add support for Apple’s TV app (Up next, now playing, etc.) so I can pick up watching a show on another device (I might start a 2.5 hour show on the TV 4K, and finish watching it later on my iPad or iPhone). ✓ Absolute GARBAGE!It keeps telling me I’m “offline” even though my Apple TV is connected via Ethernet to a lightning fast fibre cable! It doesn’t update content! Yesterday (after literally deleting the app and reinstalling it to get it to work) I watched Day 1 of an event, and today it tells me that Day 2 is “TBA” - even though I know for a fact the event ran as scheduled! Skipping forward/backward is a pathetic joke. It barely works, if at all, no matter how many times I try! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!.Version: 5.9.2
