✓ Helpful appI’ve liked use this app to learn Morse code. It would be helpful to have the Morse symbols appear with each letter in the “learn” and “guess” sections. It would also be great to be able to select the groups of letters a student wanted to learn or which needed more practice. Is there a difference between the speed that U is sent in the Learn section vs the Guess or Type sections? I can discern between S and U so much easier in the Guess and Type sections than in the Learn section..Version: 1.3

✓ Great, still some annoyancesOverall very good program, especially for a quick couple of minutes of practice wherever you might be. I'm adding a star to my review after figuring out "Guess Characters" better, although it's still a bit quirky if you miss an answer. The straight key simulator isn't very easy to use, although I blame the iPhone itself, rather than the program. ✓ ExcellentI am a licensed uk amateur and user of morse code. Having checked most of the morse tutors for iPhone I liked this app and place it in my top two. It is a serious tutor and the only one at present to offer the kosh method of learning. There are lots of options offered, so could be a little difficult for beginners. My suggestion is that some guidance be given to those starting to learn morse. Eg benefits of using kosh or standard, recommended build up, etc. The key is not very good or useful for learning. Not essential, but would be good to be able to convert text to morse with ability to save to audio file. This would open up other uses like ringtones, email, etc. Great app, well done..Version: 0
✓ The Best of The BunchIt's the app I use most for my practice but has a few minor bugs which the dev needs to iron out in the next release. They're mainly due to poor error trapping in the coding stage of the app and this lets it down slightly. It has however been the most effective in bringing me up to speed with my morse learning and that's what makes it the best Morse app available currently. 73 from medianick!.Version: 0

✓ Needs more work.The telegraphers key is too slow to respond. Guess the letter. Guess? . No guessing that's not the way to learn anything. Why does it just send I e s and h. ✓ Good morse trainerThis is a good morse trainer - not too many options and not too few either. For the first time I really felt I was picking up new characters by the Koch method etc. My only gripe is that the spacing can only be set in whole seconds - 1s, 2s etc. 2s is achievable but 1s is very fast. I wish the app would let you speed up more incrementally (1.9s, 1.8s etc).Version: 1.2
✓ Good but needs improvement.I'm upgrading my rating a star since they fixed the bug with prosigns sending wrong. Using this app I was able to finally learn CW. However, there are some pretty frustrating bugs. The worst is that when using "Guess Characters" if you answer just slightly too late it thinks you are answering for the next character. Not a show stopper but very frustrating at higher speeds..Version: 0

Dah dit is maybe prettier and might be just a little easier to learn individual letters on but this app has everything that dah dit does not. This app, used with other minimal resources, will give you success. ✓ Updated!The app has been updated for iOS 10. I use it regularly and enjoy many of its features. It still is in need of bug fixes and general improvements. There are few morse trainers in the store. I have tried all of them. This comes the closest to "good" I could find, but falls just short. It needs a letters/numbers group training feature, as well as a way to drill you with callsigns and words. Right now, it just sends words and displays them. It needs to send the word and allow you to type in a guess (for example)..Version: 1.3
