✓ Great AppA great app which I've been using for years. As a glider pilot I tend to keep a close eye on the weather and use a number of forecasting tools and this is one of the best. I especially like the radar and this is the most used function. Like some others I prefer the phone version as its so much easier to scroll through the hourly data. I upgrade to the premium as I find the the precipitation type radar and 14 day forecast useful. Not as keen on the satellite feature so tend to use Sat24 for cloud cover..Version: 4.4.5

It seems to be fairly accurate in its predictions and has a lot of information. I prefer the previous edition for my iPad. The newer version is slower calling up the moving pictures over a time period. I find the newer version more complicated to use. But this app has been neglected and nowadays the radar whirrs uselessly away in the background, trying to load… there’s time to go away and make a cup of tea. The preview map always shows as clear too - even when there is weather around. Other apps have got better too, as this one has been left to decay. I contacted support about the issues and was told, “the developers have told us that they’ve fixed the issues”, which clearly isn’t accurate.. ✓ My favorite weather appIt is still my go-to weather app regardless of where I am although it has some shortcomings. The graphical representation of the data is excellent and visually appealing. Sometimes when the app is started it does not refresh and I have to change to another favorite city and then go back to make it refresh. Frequently, the low temperatures in winter in one of the cities where I spent quite a lot of time are way too low, sometimes even by 7-8 degrees Celsius, but I suppose this is due to the weather model behind the data. There are towns 20 minutes from me, yet I can still isolate my exact location to get my weather information for exactly where I live. ✓ Where's my Gillingham?A useful app but I'm unable to set my home location because Meteo thinks there are only two Gillinghams in the UK - one in Norfolk and one in Kent. The one in Dorset doesn't exist on their database despite being a town and not a village like the one in Norfolk. All the local villages round here (in Dorset) are shown as being close to Gillingham, Kent. I can't make contact with Meteo to ask them to correct the error however much I try. For a country where we have a great deal of wind and rain it is particularly good. I use it in conjunction with their separate rain app. I prefer this weather app on my I phone to my I pad though. ✓ The best and most complete weather app by far!I use this app both in the UK and when traveling (primarily in France and Germany). It far exceeds the reliability of any other weather apps I have tried previously (9 in all!) and has all the info lavishly laid out and impressively up-to-the-minute in it's accuracy. ✓ New design is flawedThe new design of the app limits its usefulness. It wastes too much space with information that I can get by just taking a look out of the window (current temperature and precipitation). Other information can only be accessed by scrolling, e.g. how much rain ore sunshine are we going to get over the next couple of days? In the past, this was one of my favorite apps. ✓ Excellent, but....I use the premium version. It is a quality product with generally accurate forecasts, certainly as accurate as the Met office. It does require a fast broadband connection, it can seem a bit blocky when I am away from my home Superfast 35 Mb/s download. Overall I am a happy customer. One year on and I'm still a happy customer. I also use the smartphone version on the road, which has the same capability, but less detail due to the smaller screen size. MeteoEarth I also find useful, particularly the animated graphics which display expected wind speeds and rainfall rates..Version: 4.4.3

✓ Use it all the timeThis is a great weather app with a lot of functionality and detail. I always upgrade to premium which costs little more than a cup of coffee. Mind you some seem to think it's expensive but I have yet to find an all free, no adverts, app which delivers this level of functionality and presentation. My only issue is that the forecasts all too frequently underestimate cloud cover and overestimate sun hours. Even so it's still my most used App..Version: 4.4.3

✓ Solid OfferingThe interface is a little cluttered and doesn't seem to use common icons the same way other programs do. Plenty of well-organized weather data, though. My one complaint is that it's difficult to tell where the weather data is actually being collected for a location. I live by an airport that collects National Weather Service data that's used for most US forecasting, but the data from the airport rarely matches the data in this program for that city. I suspect the source of data is actually from a different city, or estimated from regional data and forecasts..Version: 2.8
