Get messages that I need to buy a subscription - even though I have paid the (relatively) high subscription already through iTunes. I then get error messages. Net result - no access to my Times sub for a week now. Times support is shockingly bad - it's been days since I contacted them (and re-contacted...) , and had no response. Net result? Money paid, no access. Shameful, Times!.Version: 2.8
