✓ Very nice single player modeI recently re-discovered the real board game version of this on a family vacation and was delighted to see its iPad counterpart. The implementation is very good. The way the tiles move and interact with the board is very clever. On the downside, the bluetooth seems to work for a while - maybe 30 minutes or so - then it loses the connection. This happens consitently when I am playing with my wife and we are siting 2-3 feet away from each other. Very frustrating as we have not been able to finish a multiplayer game. If that were fixed I would give this 5 stars..Version: 2.2.1
✓ Fantastic gameI've only got good things to say about this game. Brings back many great memories playing this game growing up. Now thanks to you guys, I can play it on my iPad. I like the little touches like being able to move the tiles with another tile as if you are pushing/sliding them along the table to make room so you can add the tile. My only two suggestions are: when you are playing multiplayer and your waiting your turn to play, I'd like to still be able to organize and move my tiles around while waiting. The undo function is great, but I'd like more control over what it undos.. When you rearranged the board quite a lot, something's worked and somethings haven't, undoing everything is not efficient. Instead, have a procedural undo, like in photoshop, one step/move at a time. Otherwise, I highly recommend this game and thanks for developing it..Version: 2.3
✓ Love itI have played this game for a couple of weeks now. I have not found any faults with it. When it says that the board is not correct, that is true. It is easy to have adjacent numbers switched because moving sets of numbers on the board is not as smooth as it could be. Also, I wish it could be more sophisticated about separating groups that happen to touch each other. I have a desktop game called Rummikub which is more capable than this game. I also wish I had the option to wrap from 13 to 1 as I can in Rummikub. But not being able to wrap provides new challenges that force me to think of new strategies. I have won 75% over several hundred games..Version: 2.3

✓ Great gameOnly problem I found was the rules were different from Rummikub. I thought you had to replace the wild card in a run with the number it was representing. I also thought you could use use the wild card in your lay down. It is very hard to beat but a lot of fun to play. It can become very addictive. Great game but computer could move a little slower so I could follow what it is doing. Maybe ability to set that speed to what you want, slow or fast. Love it!!.Version: 2.5.1

✓ Wifi multiplayer doesn't workMy wife and I are unable to complete a game using multiplayer over wifi. After playing for a few minutes, it says that the connection was lost. After that, there's no way to resume your game. So we tried using multiplayer over Bluetooth. So far, we've been able to complete those games..Version: 2.3
✓ Great GameThis is a great game, very similar to rummicub. My wife and I have enjoyed playing it. I only have a few complaints. The biggest complaint is that when playing head to head over wi-fi, the game periodically loses contact between the devices. This also happens over bluetooth, but not as often. There is no option to resume the game once the connection has been restored, forcing you to begin a new game. If this was fixed, it would be a 5-star app! My other complaints are more in the nature of suggestions: 1. The ability to play against multiple opponents would be nice. 2 . Not being able to rearrange tiles on your rack while your opponent is playing is very annoying, and should be easy to fix..Version: 2.3

✓ Nice app with one small complaintI've used this app for a few months in both single and multiplayer mode and really enjoy it. Very nice graphics and sound effects. It's been very stable except for one problem in multiplayer mode. Sometimes the Bluetooth connection fails and both players get a message that the other player has ended the game. There is no way to continue and you must start over. One time this happened at the very end of a game we played for over an hour. I understand that they have no control over the Bluetooth connection problem, but there should be a option to resume or show an alert box asking if you really want to quit. The other request I have is to post the rules of the game. We've played the real tile game and the rules are slightly different from this one. I would give it five stars if they would address the multiplayer issue..Version: 2.2.1
✓ Really enjoyI've had this game for about a week and I've really enjoyed it. This is my family's favorite game and we rarely get a chance to play anymore. I only have minor complaints. I wish there was an option that would keep the game board from auto-rotating with the iPad without having to change the whole iPad setting. It would be great to be able to play with other people, like words with friends. I'm sure there are other ways to improve it, but I don't have any. Overall, I love it..Version: 2.3

✓ Great but for the spinning!Love the game and this version is good. The rules are close to the original version and there are plenty of ways to get the play as you want it. The computer is hard to beat, but I like a challenge. My only complaint is it's just over animated. When a box comes up for you to connect for example the table spins round and round to the point it makes me feel sick! I would love to be able to turn that feature off and have basic game play without the excessive animation. Also playing over Bluetooth is great but when connection gets lost the game is lost too, ability to save at that point would be great. In saying that, its an addictive game, which I now have for iPhone and IPad..Version: 2.2.1

✓ Awesome app!Excellent app! I love Rummikub and this is a great rendering of the game! Please add a feature for multiple AI. I haven't tried Bluetooth mode, but if there isn't support for more than two players, please add it there as well! Also, just because I'm a big rummikub fanatic, the rule with jokers is actually that you have to replace it with a tile from your hand and you must play it with two tiles from your hand as well, if you could just add this as an option, it would be great! ✓ Great game!This is a great game! It provides many hours of entertainment. The interface is pretty slick - once you figure it out. Help or a training mode would be useful since the rules are unlike any other I've played - e.g. first move must be 30 points but how the points are counted is not clear. The interface takes a little getting used to as well - figuring out how to draw a tile, putting tiles on the board, etc. Currently my favorite game and well worth the price!.Version: 0

What the app needs is a Pass,n Play mode (like Scrabble) so you can play a game with your partner on the one device by having your turn and then passing the device (IPad) to the other person. It's a fun game, requires my brain to work..sometimes work hard... and is currently one game I play alone. It's peaceful while being fun and challenging. Can't say enough for adequate praise. ✓ Fun game - could be a little more challengingI've had this game for about a month and still am enjoying it. It's more of a problem solving game to me than a battle versus opponent game. The CPU rarely wins, but I also don't play it with the timer on. I am running it on an Ipad 1 and have never had a crash or freeze. I have not experienced the problems or crashes others have noted, nor any sluggishness on my iPad. Alwin Troost uses animation to enhance game play. This is my favorite board game. No tiles to loose, no tiles to shuffle, just touch and play. I will try Bluetooth gaming with my iPod touch to the iPad, and report on the performance later. If you experience problems, please report them to him - I have found him responsive to questions. Why not 5 stars? I will push for a complete set of rules from within the app. There are sites with examples of play, and they are helpful. The rules included in the two board games purchased are lacking and the Internet rules are incomplete. If you want a great card/board game - you have found it. ✓ Great! ...except scoringMy family and I have loved Rummy-Cube (or Rummicub) for a long time across several generations, so when I saw this for iPad, I had to get it. Be warned... Very addictive! The look and feel is excellent and the game play is smooth as silk (at least on my iPad 2... Though my mom hasn't complained on her original iPad either). The reason I cant give it 5 stars... The scoring is a bit wonky. I can't comment on what Bluetooth play is like yet, but at least when playing against the computer, his penalty shows as a positive number. Really, the winner should either get the loser's penalty as a positive number, or it should be a negative number for the loser. In reality, the way rummicub is scored is you get the value of the tiles you put on the table. When you go out you get a bonus of 25. The losers penalty is scored as a negative, because you usually play in multiple hands up to 500 (like gin rummy). However, I'd just be happy if the winner was awarded the losers penalty... That way you could continue to play up until 500 or whatever. I also don't see where scores can be reset. Would be a good feature if the overall scoring can be fixed. ✓ Great JobAll in all, I think this is a great version for the game, especially for the iPad. I have no real complaints or suggestions. It would be nice if it were a little more sleek-looking. It does have an outdated "retro" look to it that I wish were tweaked a little. To say that it's "HD" is pushing it a little. Other than that though, if you're a fan of this game, just get it, you'll be happy. The only good one for the iPhone had a lot of problems with it because it did not follow the box rules accurately, although it looked more polished, visually speaking.
