✓ The "Beautiful" CalculatorMan, this is a beautiful calculator.. Now, this interface is wonderful for an iPad Mini, but what really makes this shine is the integrated concepts and unit conversions! While I'm sure there are others that may have this functionality, THIS APP INTEGRATES IT ALL, EASILY!! This is a perfectly suitable app for High School Math, Lower year University/College Mathematics, and "general" use. However, the "general" user may benefit greatly, as there are nice segues into additional information regarding some of the Calculator's capability. A neat calculator 'all 'round', but a fun one for those looking to explore a little bit more, or get back into Mathematical Language.Version: 5.9

✓ Best calculator for nearly 10 years nowI downloaded this calculator when I was a sophomore (grade 10) in high school for an algebra class. I am 24 now and I still use this calculator. It’s so nice to have your calculation history no matter how long it’s been since you opened up the app. I love the graphing feature and that you can look at the x/y table for an equation you’ve input. There are so many built-in bells and whistles. I cannot recommend this calculator enough..Version: 9.0.1
✓ Best calculator appThis app is amazing, it has more options and problem solvers than anything else I've seen and is truly the best! I've had it for months and am still learning about just how much it can do! Also if you go to the function button and scroll to the bottom it sometimes says funny things and jokes which is great because who doesn't need a smile here and there while doing math? Was dubious at first, however the ease at which I found it to use and also consider this - how many of the functions on a graphics calculator do you really use?? This let's you plot graphs, calculate trig functions and loads more, which I would use on a graphics calculator. One of the great things us that when you want to check something it's actually got explanations of terminology etc, preprogrammed into it for reference!! This is great as I know most of it but being away from learning maths for 12 years has left me rusty on certain points, this is a brilliant tool- well done to the developers. If you're thinking about investing in one of those close to £100 calculators, have a go with this first, you might not be able to take it into exams though with it being on an iPhone, otherwise you could save yourself a packet!!!.Version: 2.32

✓ Just a sliver from perfectI currently have the free version and this app is worth 5 stars. It has helped me and has so many features for so many areas. I really wish I had this app last year, but I'm sure I'll put it to use this year. There is just one suggestion I have. I'm not sure how you can set it to convert decimals to fractions (or if it can) and if it doesn't that would be a nice feature to implement. Either way, great app.Version: 8.2

✓ Useful learning toolI am a high school teacher, and I find this app useful for students and myself to use as most students don't have their own graphing calculator. It can't be used on tests of course, but works well for lessons and for understanding how graphing relates to the algebra. However, I find it has a couple of limitations. For points of intersection, it has issues locating them for lines tangent to a curve. Also, I would like to see an option to independently adjust the horizontal and vertical zoom. ✓ Awesome!This app is great! Its such a useful tool for any student of science or engineering. It's particularly good for examining complicated functions against similar expressions at the same time. I use this to plot graphs of functions I don't fully understand and then tweak the variables/constants to see what happens and learn how and where the curve changes. The only way it could be better is if it showed the expressions in the correct formalism, i.e. the way you actually write it down yourself instead of that awful linear type, which i just hate so much - not a problem though. It would be nice to add another variable too, e.g. f(x,y) with accompanying data table. Then it would be amazing! Right now I don't care, I'm upgrading to the full version stat!.Version: 7.10

In maths x is traditionally lowercase italic, here next to pi it is shown to look like a multiplication sign. Changing this would have saved me days of exasperation. I love that it keeps a history and can do any unit conversions. Not sure if it’s no longer supported, but it stopped working December 2021 and is now just a blank screen.
