✓ Spot On!I was very sceptical that this was worth downloading, but after reading through the '...More...' section, I thought I would give it a try, and as it is free, their was nothing to loose. So having installed it, and turned the screen rotation lock on with my wifi turned on I launched it and....? - ZILCH! It did not work, so I then turned my 3G on as well -even though I have not actually signed up for a data plan, just have the O2 sim card installed, and guess what? It worked! I checked with Google Maps and also my own pocket compass and it was only one degree out. So it does work, but I'm wondering if those who had negative experiences only have the WiFi only ipads?.Version: 0

✓ I might be wrong but...Doesn't this use GPS? I think it uses that to work out which way it's facing. So the people that have "waved a magnet" around it are barking up the wrong tree. If it does use gps then using it indoors won't really work either.... I think the only thing the developer has done wrong here is that they haven't explained to the technologically inept how it works.....Version: 0
✓ How to make this app workI was just about delete this app as the worse compass ever invented but then I thought "surely someone cannot have made it look this good but didn't bother to make it point north!
