✓ Bad job on the last update!As someone who goes to work later in the mornings, I loved having the option to stream the local news after 7 am. After your last update, this has disappeared. At least NewsChannel 5’s App works until 7, then they update with viable traffic alerts afterward. Deleting app and moving on since this was the only reason I had the Fox 17 App..Version: 7.2.0
✓ Very poor appWorst problem is if you are listening to music and open a page in this app it will silence your music?????????? Please fix this! Images and pages fail miserably. Why did you think it was a grand idea to remove such a useful function in a news app. The local CBS and NBC news apps are now getting 100% of my attention in the mornings while I’m getting ready for work. ✓ Fox 17 Needs Bug Fixes and UpgradeCrashes frequently. Video playback pauses involuntarily. App will not post stories to Facebook. Issues have not been resolved after several months of waiting for you to fix the bugs!.Version: 2.4.6
✓ “We’ll Be Right Back”Not a fan of this app. The tv commercial breaks don’t align with the app breaks and you’re left looking at the “We’ll Be Right Back Screen” for 5-10 minutes until I close out, come back, watch a few ads, then I can see the news again. Also, when I’m watching the news on TV I’ll see a highlight of something I'm interested in reading more about scrolling across the bottom of the screen, I can never find the those stories on the app and only sometimes can I find them on the Fox 17 website. ✓ WAY TOO MANY NOTIFICATIONS!Above and beyond an acceptable amount of notifications throughout a single day— so much so I will be deleting the app. Would have kept if there was a way to limit notifications to specific topics that matter to you... and several duplicate notifications! ✓ Full of HacksThis app tried to send my information to hackers by using fake advertisements and taking me to websites even when i pressed the X button. It continuously glitches when you are on and off the app, ruining my ability to even use my phone. I am lucky to have even kept my phone after all these horrible problems, and everyone else I speak too comes across the same issue. Extremely unprofessional of Apple to even place this app on the App Store in the first place and it has to be removed right now.Version: 7.30.0
✓ Latest versionLatest version opens to blue screen showing improvements. Cannot get out of that to see news. Version does not rotate screen. Removing from my ipad. ✓ Too many notificationsWhile I like the app, you get way too many notifications (5-20 per day) with no way to adjust to only breaking news or the type of notifications you want.
