I gave three stars because I couldn't get the concept of glowing the icons, I didn't like the looks of my device's background after I set this as my homescreen. The icon looks like crap, the app doesn't support the iPhone 4's beautiful retina screen, and on top that when you finally create a background, it's 480x320.
