✓ Never connects2nd year and I've tried using this at every game and I never get it working. It never connects and I've gone to the help desk and they can't even solve the issue. The Krafts should really look into this issue solve it. It can't be that hard with the millions a game they make. Once I get off the list for season tickets ill be leaving the clubhouse. Overpriced seats and food. Cheaper to eat outside the clubhouse.Version: 2.1.3

✓ App had a Tebow like preseason performanceTried app for the first home preseason game of 2013. Video did not work well. I couldn't get a replay in a timely fashion when I turned my iPhone sideways the video froze. Stats seemed to update ok but you would be better off following game with other apps/websites..Version: 3.0.0

✓ Lacks the functionality of the original revs appDoes not support Touch ID so need to log in every time. Tickets are not adding to wallet. ✓ Garbage!!!!!This app is garbage. I am a STM and I can’t get my pro shop discount barcode to show up (gives me an error). I can edit tickets that are for sale (errors again). Horrible horrible app. I expected better from an organization like the NFL and the Patriots. Who ever is getting paid to program this app should be fired.
