✓ Just got it and already pleasedJust took advantage of the App Gratis offer for this app as have always been interested in the stars above us but as i live in a city i rarely get to see much due to light pollution. But now that is a problem of the past thanks to this app. Ignore the old reviews complaining that all it does is give a picture of how the sky looks now - go to settings and switch on the things you want to see. Also not sure if has been updated since the people complained about it not using the accelerometer but clucking the little arrow in the bottom left corner appears to switch it between static and accelerometer recognising modes. Looking forward to many evenings spent virtual star gazing!!!.Version: 3.0.2

✓ Very usefulThis is a really useful app to have on your phone even before you plan to use it - it's even settled a pub argument over if we were looking up at a star or a planet (turns out it was Saturn!) The only suggestion I would make is that the new ver 3 GUI is not as intuitive as I would have hoped. I somehow got "stuck" in the time setting box and had lots of trouble getting back to real time view. That is also tricky to be sure of since the time bar isn't visible in the app (which is expected, but there is no definite feedback in the app you are looking at the current time sky. I think the majority of casual users like myself would only want to look at the realtime sky anyway, so hiding time setting would be nice. Also the interface buttons at the bottom of the screen are tiny for my thumbs, could they go up to normal iOS size. Finally, it is not intuitive that the settings menu is scrollable down - that one took a while to find the rest of the settings that I knew were in the previous version!.Version: 3.0.2

I’ve learned so much about the night sky using this app. I’ve always had an interest in the night sky but never been able to look up and point and identify the celestial body. I can now and I’m fascinated by it and open this app probably every few nights and every time I visit a few place. If you click on it, it tells you details about it which is great! Making it still or moving around is a great feature too because I can be in bed and learn things by moving my phone around etc. perhaps add a new feature that lets you see future movement of stars. ✓ SuggestionsHey I live this app and its so accurate but one thing that I think the you should do is add a search bar so you can look for a planet or star. Another thing is that if you tap on a planet or star it will display info, well I think that when you tap on the planet/star it should follow the planet/star because when you are zoomed in its hard to try and move the screen to keep up with the planets because they move too fast, in not saying to slow the planets down but to make it so you can follow the planets. Pointing my iPhone at the sky and getting the solution is great. The other night I was pointing out planets and constellations to her and she became childlike in her enthusiasm pointing to stars asking me what they were. Normally this is beyond my abilities, but that night I had all of the answers! One suggestion, include an option to use GMT as the time variable. Without this app I would never have counteracted the atmospheric pressures held within the pressure of the atmosphere. With the supernova in sight, the space time continuum is clearly visible.
