✓ Works well as advertised.I bought this on false information from a iOS wireless mic review article, thinking that it could transmit to a Bluetooth speaker. I was disappointed to find it could not. The app's own information clearly states that you need to connect the speaker with a wire. When you do that, it works great..Version: 2.0.1

✓ Hearing Aid HelperI bought this app over the weekend to help with my hearing aid. I have a bone-anchored hearing aid with a port for an external cable. This app helped me at a meeting last night to hear some of the voices my hearing aid wasn't able to pick up, mostly because they were sitting in the wrong spot. It worked well, and I'm happy with the app, but there are two points I'd like to see addressed, either by implementation or explanation why it can't be done: 1. As so many others have said, allow the use of background music, perhaps with two volume controls to balance the mic volume against the music volume. 2. Allow this app to run in the background and/or with the phone sleeping. In the hour long meeting my battery dropped 12% with the brightness all the way down. And when I needed to look something up, I couldn't use the app. I realize sleeping and app use will probably not work, so I have to keep my phone plugged in while this is in use. But, running in the background would be incredibly useful for me..Version: 1.0.3
✓ Not a recording app, But makes your iPhone into a microphoneThose who were not satisfied with this app seem to believe that it was a recording app. It's not. What it really does is make a very nice microphone out of your iPhone, which means you essentially purchased a good quality mike for a dollar. Very economic solution to that problem. I think a person trying to record audio for the web, or for a song they're doing could do worse..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Great app!Needed a cheap mic for my Mac Pro when it's plugged into a display at my desk and tucked away in a drawer. Bought a 10' audio cable and routed it next to the display. What's nice is I can use the cable for either Mic Pro or with a set of headphones to listen music off the computer. With the Mac Pro you just have to remember to go into the audio preferences and select if you want to use the audio port for sound input or sound output. Bought the app for both my kid's touches so they have their own mics. It's a lot cheaper and less clutter than a usb mic!.Version: 1.0.3

✓ Useful, and works well - needs a cableI needed a microphone and was always quite happy with the iPhone recording quality so gave this a punt. Worked a treat and the condenser mic is really very good. This app would benefit from being able to switch between amped and line type of feeds (its for line in now) and the graphics are not amazing but good enough. Nice and simple. Would like more for 59p but I assume there is only a small market and it does exactly what it says with aplomb so I reckon it's worth 4 out of 5 and would recommend it..Version: 0

✓ Does what it says on the tin.Talk into the iPad's built-in mic and your voice comes out the headphones socket, where you could plug in a loudspeaker instead. Audio is very good quality. Latency is < 0.1s. The audio output continues even after you switch to another app. Grabbing the volume slider requires a little practice, or just press the iPad volume buttons -- the two move in sync anyway. Portrait orientation only. At $1 this app is a lot cheaper than a mic + pre-amp from an equipment store. Would definitely recommend, if it sounds like what you need..Version: 1.0.4

✓ Good app but........Works fine, but limited. You and your iPhone needs to be attached to a cable all the time. Developer should allow bluetooth connection for Bluetooth speakers this way would be a great app. Many other music instruments applications allows you to use their app and your phone via Bluetooth connectivity.
