✓ User FriendlyThis app is absolutely amazing! I am a BCBA in the field of ABA. I use this app for several clients. It is user friendly especially on an iPhone or iPad. It is compatible with Android as well. I have worked with other apps for clients in the past but found the cost to be a barrier for some. With the free version of Alexicom, you get all the features (create own page, upload pictures, change/record the voice to personalized voice, hide pictures on page,etc). As a professional in the field, I highly recommend this app, it is the best out there!.Version: 1.6.4

✓ Looks greatI can't believe this app is free ! I've only had it for 30 minutes, but already I've taken photos of my child's toys so he can "say" what he'd like to play with. There are many well-organised pre-loaded pages that allow your child to say things like "I want to drink", or "get dressed", and so forth, with clear pictures for those who can't read well. There are also pages for adults ("I have a stomach ache", etc). I've had a look at other AAC apps on iTunes and I think this one beats them all for ease of use, customisability, and price. ✓ Good basic AACThe pre-made page sets would be quite useful if you could edit them for free, which it appears you cannot. Without editing, they are not very useful at all. However, with a certain amount of time one does eventually figure out how to create new pages (don't go online like I did and try to use demo), and once you do that, there is actually quite a bit packed into this app..Version: 1.1.3
