✓ Great!I was worried about leaving O2 and not having visual voicemail anymore. However on voice is a perfect alternative and in someways even better than the usual visual voicemail service. It's well worth trying the free service option & you've always got the option to upgrade for additional benefits. My only constructive feedback would be their transcription service needs more work as it always gets it wrong. Overall though it is well worth it :).Version: 1.7.0
✓ Recommended Highly!For almost anyone who places a high value on their time! This app and service saves me about 10 min. Per day. My stress level is also reduced to to the ease of receiving messages, and making outgoing calls. I also like that I no longer have to deal with my old voicemail which required pushing 1, just to hear messages and then 7 to save the message. Libon saves all my messages automatically, and for long term. I also really enjoy being able to create custom messages for my callers. This feature has allowed me to turn my cell phone into personal use for family and friends, yet when a business call comes in, they will go to my customized business voicemail message. Additionally, their customer service department provides excellent support.. they are extremely fast and very responsive. I strongly recommend Libon for ALL International Calls. ✓ So far so goodI was a bit apprehensive about installing this app after reading some of the reviews, but decided to give it a go anyway and so far am glad I did. It isn't as good as the iPhone native visual voicemail app, but as 3 seem ridiculously reluctant to support I had to find a 3rd party app when I changed from O2. It all works well: I get an email when a voicemail is left (no push message for some reason), the message gets transcribed into text very quickly and accurately, and the app loads and runs quickly. Setting personalised greetings by text is very cool as it inserts the caller's first name into the greeting. All in all it's a good app..Version: 1.7.0

✓ Getting thereI missed the visual voicemail on O2 when I joined Orange so this seemed like the ideal app for me. Works very well although it has to go online each time to get the data unlike the O2 version when it stored directly on your phone. Very handy for me as have different businesses so perfect with the various mailboxes. Got to set up their number as one of my fav numbers and save the divert charges. ✓ Long transfer delaysI like the app. However the time it takes to connect the calls and the tone during the delay is putting people off leaving a message. They get the "disconnect" tone for a second or two and think they have been cut off. Checked my bill with Orange and the calls are free on my contract so no apparent hidden charges. I was aware there would be costs, but there appears not to be. Will give it a couple more weeks, but if nobody is leaving a message then it pointless keeping the app..Version: 1.5
✓ Must HaveIt's just about the best visual voicemail app in the AppStore. There is another but this one offers more in terms of personal and multiple greetings. It will take from your network voice call package but is fully worth it and deactivating it is a simple step should you be down to your last few minutes on your carrier service and you don't want to get charged for continual use of this Voicefeed service. When I moved to 3™ Network I was distraught that it did not provide visual voicemails. To be honest, in this day and age I don't know how people can do without the convenience, so this app is a much welcome addition to my home screen The only down side is that aesthetically, for me, it can do with a touch of thought, a touch of style and character… it is a bit bland but who's complaining! The only issues are the big delay while the calls are transferred and the beeps before the chance to leave a message. This was and is still the best calling app. Great value for money. I really suffered this few days when I couldn’t log on. Had to top up like £60 from two different apps, I downloaded on the App Store. With £20 credits, you can only talk for like 14mins and it’s gone. Tried the next one with another £20 and spoke for like 8mins and they charged 2 euros as vat. I was so stressed. Then went to white calling app whom I have been using for years before Libon, and soon realised the difference. Had to top up twice £10 each. I really love this Libon app as it does understand that we need to be speaking to our family back home. And it give us sufficient time to speak with just a little amount of money. Some of the voices are quite weird and some of the words are not repeated nicely or too fast but overall it is simple to use, even for professional means. I can separate my contact from work to friends and family abroad, all with their own greeting message. Would be nice to have the option to have: press 1 for... Press 2 for... Etc... ✓ BrilliantAfter months of lengthy, painful and vain attempts to find a way to phone mobile numbers in Morocco from the UK at a reasonable price, I came across this app. It has the following features altogether, which none of the other UK operators offer: - Reasonable rates: depending on the package you choose to buy you can get up to 5p per minute rate which is 5 times cheaper than the cheapest amongst other UK operators. - Transparency: you make the most of the minutes you buy to the second, there is no connection fee, there is no expiry date. While in a call you can see your minutes credit decreasing to the second. - Quality: The call quality is comparable to the cell network. No delays like the ones you may get with VoIP calls. One little thing I should mention: buying minutes on the app itself using apple store purchase didn’t work. I had to buy them from Libon’ website using card payment, which worked a treat: the minutes credit was reflected in my phone’s app almost immediately. Keep it up Libon!!!.Version: 4.28
✓ Very very usefulGenerally this app is good, particularly the premium service when voicemail is sent as an email attachment. It was useful when I went to the US but had not setup the phone for international roaming. I was still able to listen to the voicemail messages that were sent as Mp3 attachments. No roaming charges. My only complaint would that on a couple of occasions I lose a couple of settings. In a couple of years, not bad really. Otherwise, worth having..Version: 1.8.1

It has improved the interface and calls and messages to different countries amazing but unfortunately I keep getting a "signal lost" message all the time. ✓ Changed my mind!I recently reviewed this app as 3 stars due to what I perceived to be a long pause and a series of beeps before getting through to the voicemail greeting, which I thought would result in callers thinking it was a call fail. While there is a bit of an extra pause and a chime before the greeting (compared to standard voicemail or, for example, Hullomail), it isn't as bad as I first thought. I also really like the clean layout of the app and it is certainly much better value than Hullomail. I think if the pause before the greeting was eliminated this would be 5 stars from me, but as it is there is still a small chance callers may think the call has failed rather than gone to voicemail..Version: 3.0

✓ Superb Visual Voicemail with TranscribeI have been using ON Voicefeed for many months with complete success. It is a very capable and comprehensive Visual Voicemail tool that is network independent. The latest version 1.7.0 introduced Transcribe which is proving invaluable to me. It is so easy to check voicemail in a noisy environment, or discretely, being able to read the voicemail. Push notification works solidly. I can recommend this highly.Version: 1.7.0
✓ Really UsefulThis app is a lot more useful than the standard Visual Voicemail that comes standard with O2. I am with Talkmobile and I am now able to have Visual Voicemail - I also receive notifications that I have missed calls (even if people don't leave a message) from people even when my iPhone has been switched off or had no signal. I am only giving this app 4 stars as notifications seem to be cut off i.e. 'Oliver has le' instead of what I presume should be 'Oliver has left you a voicemail'. I hope this is fixed as soon as possible as I definitely recommend this app. Also I would like to be able to use this app on my iPad at the same time as on my iPhone, without being given an error message about upgrading to a new device. The app is also not designed for an iPad it runs in 2x mode..Version: 2.5.2

✓ Great, but...I love the idea! Great to be able to assign a specific greeting message to each contact or group. Issues are: - if your contacts are stored remotely (gmail account for example) you end up have duplicates... I've fixed it by running some de-dupe app - your provider's voicemail divert is free. ON Voicefeed's voicemail divert is charged as normal call. This means your call allowance is used for each message left to your voicemail. - doesn't work with IOS 3.x, my wife has an iPhone 3G and it has been downgraded for performance..Version: 1.4
✓ Great but maybe room for improvementA great piece of software which is only let down by its reliance on having a 3G or wireless connection. Most of the time this is not a problem, but when travelling overseas the cost of enabling roaming data charges to keep connected to your voicemail is prohibitive if there is no free wifi available. It would be smart to have an option of automatically forwarding the voicemail through to the user's standard voicemail if the server detects that the client is not connected. The client could also detect that a data connection was not available and automatically revert to standard voicemail service so that the message could be retrieved in the usual way. Obviously keeping a backup for future downloading once the data connection is restored. Beats o2s standard visual voicemail service and gives me the service that Vodafone does not..Version: 1.9.0

One important thing to get it sorted with out delay must be the time it takes for the call to be transferred to voice mail. Most of my friends gave up before it went to voicemail with was pretty disappointing as I was hoping to impress the with this app. Get it sorted asap please. ✓ Mostly harmlessI like being able to customise my greeting and group people accordingly. The transcribing feature is now good enough to be a useful preview feature and good at transcribing phone numbers. It's great to be able to choose which message to listen to first and to see those I've saved for later. The downside is it can take an awful long time to update/check for messages when signal strength is low (and as I use a 3G that's most of the time, of course). At least it emails you a notification with a voice clip and works with wi-fi so I still find it useful enough to persist with overall..Version: 1.8.0
