✓ BadIt's a Good app but very bad call quality.Version: 3.1
✓ Good idea badly executedA great idea of being able to have individual messages for individuals or groups in your address book BUT Unfortunately this app is very badly designed and unstable. Having just signed up to GiffGaff I ignored user complaints as the On Voicefeed staff claimed to have resolved everything. It still has big problems though. The biggest issue is that there is a pause of almost 5 seconds before the messages kick in. No-one waits this long. People assume voicemail is not switched on and hang up. So you miss important calls. Not all messages can be deleted. And messages show in groups they were not written for. This leaves a big potential for human error of accidentally selecting an inappropriate message for the wrong group. Text is in beta. So far it has not worked at all for me even though it is turned on. They are so many features but they just need to get the basics working. Very disappointing..Version: 1.8.0

✓ Hefty billsI used this app, although the idea is good and convenient. I was not made aware of the hefty charges of diverting calls to this app service. I was charged 30 p per divert to voice feed and at the end of the first month the bill had reached 25 pounds extra to use their service. I will advice all to be beware of the charges by mobile phone provider . On the positive side , the concept is novel with ability to forward an rewind voicemail and to configure different messages of voicemail for different groups. But the only reason I deleted the app wAs for the hefty charges to access the service of Voicefeed on t mobile network.. Good if you can afford to pay those charges...Version: 1.6

✓ Doesn't work, don't bother wasting your timeWent thru all the setup etc, and everything looked perfectly in place, but all I get when calling the phone is the french announcement before it hangs up the call. Quite a few hours wasted on this one, I strongly suggest you don't add to the tally with yours! Also, generally the app is very slow to launch, and it seems that fetching the ads has more "priority" than loading your account details and other useful information. ✓ I like this a lotI really like this App. It's rather good. I used Hullomail for 3 years, but I believe this is more flexible and easier to use. Not only can you customize the App as much as you like, but can also record more personal greetings for people in your family or friends. I like the Connections to your social networking aswell, I hope in the future if the developers are listening, they will integrate Google+ into the current list, which consists of Facebook and Twitter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have had to revise my review of the application as after constant use over the last week or so it has some serious flaws. For a start the push technology within the Application simply does not work. So just like before iOS 3.0 if you do not have the application running or running in the background the application never ever notifies you that you have a Voice mail!! ✓ The Worst/Horrible-Need I Go On?Unfortunately, I installed this app and at first it seemed to work fine. Then it stopped working. I don't know what the variable was, perhaps an update. But I was wondering why I was no longer receiving voicemails. It turns out that there was a glitch somewhere, so I decided that I wanted to delete the app and go back to my original setting. I followed their directions and it was still sending voicemails to the app. I tried for about an hour and no matter what I did, it was still sending voicemails to the app. So, I decided to delete my account with them and start from scratch. Now, the app is still presenting the recorded message, but now she says that she is unable to take messages at this time and that to communicate with me, the sender should text!! Reading everything I could on the developers website I still didn't know how to remove them from my phone. So I wrote to them 3 days ago, and still haven't heard back from them. The upshot is---no one can leave me a message on my phone. I'm frustrated with them and simply cannot advise anyone to download this app..Version: 1.8.1

✓ Used to be amazingI used this app as my "visual voicemail" service for many years and was always impressed with it and recommended it to others. Now I've discovered that they are removing the voicemail feature "to give you a lighter and more user friendly app" which bizarre considering the whole purpose of this app is visual voicemail! This app used to be so good I even chose the paid subscription option when it was available (and I'm not someone who usually pays for subscription services). Over the last year or two they have cluttered this app with unneeded functionality and have basically tried (and failed) to turn it into some sort of voip/messaging/social networking app. I guarantee this app will disappear soon after they remove the voicemail feature as that was its unique selling point and I very much doubt anyone will be interested in the apps remaining functionality, as there are plenty of other apps that do that much better. ✓ Decreasing minutes to 175min?I just wanna let Libon knows that decreasing their 225min to 175min will be their worst mistake because people will go somewhere else. I can’t believe the Malian government can allow orange Mali to increase their tariff with no rules and boundaries like that. Libon was the only company that people found it fair price but now they are letting their company being dragged by this corrupted orange mali. ✓ Key feature remove after upgrade, now of little useFor me, the main benefit was being able to have different standard voicemail announcements, so I could tell all callers when I'm in the office, away, in a meeting, etc. To portray a professional image I would record these with my voice, never using the automated text-to-speech announcement option. After their update, I can now no longer do this as I can only apply my pre-recorded announcements to groups of people, not to everyone. With nearly 3000 address book contacts plus people who call that aren't in my address book I couldn't possibly maintain them in groups. Libon's "assistance" has been to tell me that I'm just unwilling to do it the way they've now redesigned it and their app works just fine. Easy to use and set up.....but once I set it up I thought I would give it a test and once it starts to transfer to voicemail you get a couple of the "please hold whilst this call is transferred" messages then there is a random beep which to me sound alarmingly like the disconnection tone. I have a horrible feeling some people will give up before they leave a message... The transfer needs To be quicker but apart from that it's awesome. ✓ Great idea... But BEWARE as it doesn't work properly yet.Works quite well... Until you start assigning individual contact to new message groups (after you originally set the message group up). Have found that any new contacts added to a message group, after the group was set up, revert back to the general message group every time I go into the App. !? Also the App crashes quite frequently whenever I add several new contacts to a group message that is already set up, which is especially annoying. Plus, I've noticed that if I set my phone to Airplane mode in the evening, leaving Wi-Fi on (to surf the web with), and someone leaves me a message, the App doesn't register a new voicemail... No even when I switch Airplane mode off in morning again... !? I now have to check my voicemails manually every hour or so to see if I have a message, otherwise I don't know I have one for days... And that doesn't help my business at all. Not great... Especially bearing in mind that I paid the £6.99 for the extended messages version. I'd honestly have expected a better App. But still, it's a great idea... And if it worked properly I'd recommend it to others. The connection is pretty quick and seems to work ok (only tested it twice) Reason for the lack of stars is mainly because you still have to disconnect and connect using the Contacts app. Also it would be nice to make a personalised message for an individual rather than just groups. £5.99 for the premium version???.....if it performs well over the coming year and a lot more features are added then maybe I'll renew. ✓ Answer phone in FRENCH?!I was really excited about this app when my boyfriend had personalised an answer phone message for me and told me which app he used. However, after installing and activating it on my phone my friends and family have suddenly started asking me why my answer phone is in French and worst of all does not allow the caller to leave a message. I checked for myself and it is true! even though I have correctly recorded and saved messages for my contacts. Weirdly, the same has happened to my boyfriend's answer phone today. ✓ The spam has started...I use this app as my carrier does not have visual voicemail and it works as advertised (this was the original selling point), however Libon now seem intent on ramming down my throat their 'premium' offerings in the app. The number of notifications I get from the app now trying to get me to have my friends install it or buy the VOIP services is getting steadily worse and has me looking around at their competitors; I already use another VOIP provider and their rates are much better then Libon/Orange provide so I have absolutely no incentive to move to them. From looking at the reviews on here it shows a fundamental lack of understanding of how to treat your customers on Libon's part and it looks like they will push a large part of their customer base to their competitors by this behaviour. Libon's offering is not unique or particularly innovative (especially once WhatsApp start their VOIP/video chat services shortly) so they may want to get their act together or face some massive write downs..Version: 3.9

✓ You need to knowFirst I thought this was a really good idea. Personalised vm messages. However since using this app a couple of issues have become clear. First as has been said tha app is free but not the use. So you will end up paying. Second the front end has issues. I wanted this to answer my phone if I didn't pick up. This doesn't happen on mine. The phone immediately directs all calls to the vm without ringing. Also callers get a series of clicks and beeps before they can use the answer service. So I'd say good idea but poor functionality and a bit deceitful about the apparent 'free app' when clearly not. avoid this at the moment Also beware the 5 star reviews!! theyre likely to be added by deceit also. ✓ Great App! but needs to be improved!It is certainly a good app! I've been using it for 1.5 years now and rely on it fully as I switch off my phone while I'm at work. I like the way it shows different call times and voice massages by separate section of individuals. However recently the service is not the same and people keep complaining that they called me which I wasn't aware of as the app repeatedly failed to mention some people's call. The voice mail also did not work for some.
