Honestly sometimes their review is over the top but I at least can know what I am getting into before starting a movie. There are number of bad reviews for this app complaining about search. They've managed to create a quantifiable currency (-4 through to +4) for analysing not just how family-friendly a film is, but how its worldview is played out & confirmed by the bare bones of each story. ✓ MovieGuide Gets ItI love movies, so as father with a social conscience, I want to support movies that support my values (or at least do not offend them) and not expose my kids to confusing messages. My kids now ask me, "Lets MovieGuide this movie". It is the only place that you can always go for a review that says a movie is very entertaining, very well-acted, but has a pagan worldview and anti-capitalist themes.
