✓ Growing up with National GeographicI grew up loving NatGeo and gifted our very young son a subscription. He grew up passionate about photography interning for The Hill while in college in DC. He now works at National Geographic and living his dream job. Some iconic publications I grew up with like Life Magazine are long gone but NatGeo continues to evolve and thrive, educating and fascinating the young and old around the world. ✓ Laudatory remarks.I have long been a member of National Geographic. I started back in the 60’s and though I often had to move, (I was a Professional Soldier and I served in the Army for 23 years) I always kept my subscription. ✓ I love this app! So much information!I am a middle school student and I LOVE reading so much and when I got the app I was thrilled! With their unbiased information and inclusion of any community, it be LGBTQ+, People of colour, or any group history continues to neglect and not record, it is a great place for someone who loves to learn. ✓ Nat Geo saved my life!!I subscribed during the pandemic. It was much needed to inject some foreign lands into my daily life. I miss traveling and living abroad. Nat Geo has been a lifesaver!!! Not to mention the articles I learn from everyday. My son then gets on and we share time together talking about world events outside of politics. I wish more would do the same!.Version: 7.9.0
✓ National Geographic articlesI have been reading this magazines articles and pictorials since I was a child and subscribed to it when I could afford to or read it in waiting rooms and libraries. The articles are always first rate and fascinating. National Geographic is unique and covers a wide variety of subjects in the sciences from oceanography to photography to biology to archeology to ancient history to paleontology to sociology to anthropology to medicine, etc. No other magazine manages to feature wonderful articles on so many different topics. I am a “baby boomer” (in my 70s) and have been reading Nat/Geo for over 60 years..Version: 7.13.0

✓ Love this app!I absolutely love the National Geographic app and all the features it entails , including the ability the download articles for offline viewing ! National Geographic is like the (sugar free) candy to my curiosity sweet tooth. Sugar free because the information is vetted, studied and reliable and therefore not bad for me to consume ! The photos, of course, are amazing, and the writers bring you right in to what they experience with verbal elegance, do pleasing to see and “hear”. The pictures and stories take me all over the world and up close. NatGeo has me running a race in the wintry cold with top runners in the Himalayas, journeying along an important river in India and seeing its critical water issues, and feeling excited at the amazing cutting-edge agricultural techniques in the Netherlands that give hope to the capacity to feed millions with so little land. ✓ I feel like a Kidd againI’m so excited to actually be able to read articles about science and what’s being studied around the world and practically in my back yard. Oh how I’ve missed it since no one has the magazine’s lying around anymore so I’ve wasted my time reading little bits and pieces on one site are the other not to mention all the wasted time on social platforms never getting the science fix that I love. ✓ Love it but…I now read everything on my iPad. Not only is it going to save trees but it will also save reading glasses. I can make the page larger on my iPad, but in this app I can not figure out away to make the words larger. Outward pinching doesn't make the page grow larger either. ✓ My experienceI have always loved group looking at National Geographic the pictures and stories of everything and everyone around the world right at you fingertips. Now we have the same thing in digital which to me with any decent computer the pictures jump right out at you face . ✓ Unique magazineI have been reading NG my entire life and am 79. Was in school libraries as we did not subscribe growingbup. Married in 68 and subscribed ever since. Always kept issues as too dear to throw out. Finally after 35 years donated to a local library and hard to find one that accepted. Sad as new generations need to hold your yellow magazine in their hands- too much digital. Important objects are needed to hold and cherish. Great that all issuesare on line now for all. My only criticism is that if you have a subscription with Disney plus and the Disney Plus Bundle that it be included with your subscription so that you can read any issue without having to pay for another subscription. always love the writing style that the magazine covers and very informative, plan on using this educational resource for my social studies classes in the future..Version: 7.59

✓ Font is not adjustableThe app itself is good with amazing contents, love it. However the font in contents is not quite easy for me to read so am going to change the font, seems there is nothing i can change or customize like text size and font type etc… look forward to have those enabled in the future..Version: 7.38.2
✓ Great articles..But very limited settings and restrictive. I try to cancel weekly emails and it looks like I am already unsubscribed.. but the weekly aren’t even listed. Not the first time I’ve gone looking for something and it’s hard to find or just not there. Open links to email, it doesn’t open the app, it opens a web browser. It says I have 3 more free articles , I only open to see the titles to search on the app.. would be nice to open the app..Version: 7.1.0
