✓ Magnificent!This just became my favorite weather app. I already have multiple radar and GIB file apps. This puts it all together. It is not only the most powerful and comprehensive, it is by far the most visually rich. Takes a few minutes of getting used too, but well worth it. Thanks to the development team! ✓ Most useful weather app that IThis is without a doubt a great weather app. In fact, I’ll go as far as saying that it’s the best that I’ve seen. I’ve downloaded many different weather apps and this one has become my favorite. It combines a lot useful information, which is typically viewed separately from multiple sources; I especially like how I can view a lot of important data over-laid at the same time, in a very efficient manner. The user interface is also very intuitive making the app easy to use. Prior to owning this application I found myself switching back and forth between different types weather maps. The only feature that I hope will someday be added is a way to overlay the numerical value of ocean wave heights, currently ocean wave period predictions can be viewed but wave heights can only be viewed via color gradients. I believe that anyone who needs to, or simply enjoys, forecasting the weather will love this app..CaptainNomadVersion: 1.2.4

✓ Weather4DThis is certainly the best GRIB file viewer that I have used (and I have tried most of them!) It is very feature-rich and well worth spending time getting to know. In addition to displaying the standard (free) GRIB Files there is an option to purchase a higher resolution WRF model. Well worth the extra if you intend to use it for any serious sailing. ✓ A beautifully-designed app for NOAA GFS dataWeather4D is a beautiful app for examining output from the NOAA Global Forecast System (GFS), which is the basis for most U.S.-based weather forecasts. The user interface is elegant on both the iPhone and the iPad and has many thoughtful features, such as the land and sea masks and the way, when looking at further out forecasts, that the clock icon is shaded in proportionally to the time since the model was run. I haven't encountered any bugs, and I appreciate that app comes with a comprehensive user guide. One thing that I would like to see added is the option to display scale bars for the shading (e.g., the temperature scale corresponding to the temperature shading). Overall, however, Weather4D is a wonderful app..ToddASVersion: 1.1

✓ Download and view GRIB dataAn excellent app. Invaluable for recent passages across Biscay, Brest-Baiona, and onward via Lisbon, Gibraltar and Calpe, to Ibiza. It may take some time to learn the nuances of the user interface, but it then allows you to setup areas of interest, download GRIB data, and visualise projections for wind, weather, waves and currents in various combinations.
