✓ Good if working 1:1I like this app. My biggest problem was that my student would press several boxes at once and they all spoke at the same time. Younger kids may have difficulty understanding what is being said. There is also no right to left or left to right standard counting. You can begin anywhere..Version: 1.3

✓ Very useful for special EdThis is a really cute app. It's perfect for my 3 year old but it didn't keep her attention very long. I have a student with fine motor difficulties and issues with counting using one-to-one correspondence and this is the perfect app for that. It's simple, they cards are easy to touch, and the feedback is immediate. I'll definitely add this to his daily list of apps to choose from during his fine motor time. I only gave 4 stars because the window of when this app is appropriate for a normally developing child would be pretty small and both of my typically developing children were bored quickly. However, the educational uses in a special Ed setting or an early preschool setting make it a really useful app. My suggestions for next time they create an app would be for them to give more feedback, a clapping sound or a ding instead of a lady's voice. ✓ Engaging but lacking a vital Montessori conceptAny young child who is learning to count from 22 months to 3 years loves this app. My one suggestion is I wish when counting the app would reinforce the correct sequence. I have done a lot a research on the montessori method, and have noticed how important the patterns are. All Montessori work encourages the child to go straight across in neat lines that help reinforce reading skills from the youngest age. Even in the work of cleaning a table the child is encouraged to begin in the top left corner and wipe the table slowly moving to the right, then on to the next row or line. It would be nice if this app also encouraged this concept..Version: 1.1
