✓ From the Best to worse!I was one of the first people to use the app and I remember the good old days where I didn’t have to pay a penny just to see pics of my favourite cars. And to make things worse, I payed the one month to see if it was any good and no! It wasn’t instead it got worse... if you take screenshots more than 3x Yes 3x people it puts a massive white logo sign of NetCarShow!! It’s so messed up and also when you say fine I’ll just try to save as many pics as I can it lets you but you can only save under 1000 photos! Why just why! 😩😭😡🤯 and you can’t also save too many pics on your device too cause it will tell you that you’ve passed the limit of the day. I HATE who ever came up with this hall idea. I shouldn’t have limits to something that am paying for. I just hope it can go back to the way it was and also update with more classic cars and details and info of how quick and many other cool things the car is. Am done 😤.Version: 1.3.3

✓ Once great, now a shameless money-grabAs a car nut, this app was a great resource to have on iPad and iPhone as it provided information and photography in a very instant and convenient setting. Recent updates, like the ability to zoom in/out and increased image resolution were all welcome adds... but then things started going downhill when Subscriptions came along. The app gradually got more annoying to use when a window informing you to purchase an overpriced subscription kept popping up every time one clicks anything in the app but now, to be locked out of the app because everything is now subscription-access only is disgusting and pathetic because - news flash - the same content is free online. FREE. ZERO MONEY NEEDED for the same content on a FREE website. What’s even more disappointing is that I’m watching the average rating for this app get lower and lower by the day (1.9 out of 5 as of October 20th) and the developers aren’t doing anything to turn it around, proving they don’t care enough to correct their absurd premise. Sorry, NetCarShow, but you lost a once-faithful customer and I hope you'll continue to thanks to your bad planning and inability to listen..Version: 1.3.2

✓ Why start charging?I really hope the developers see my review because this app needs to go back to what is was. 8 months ago this app was probably my favorite app of all time but that all changed when the starting charging for using it. Why would I pay if you still offer the same content online for free? I understand that you need to make money but there are better ways to do it. You could have ads and I would gladly pay for an ad free version but charging $14 for a subscription is unacceptable. I have read a lot of the other reviews and since the subscription started most of the review have become negative. ✓ Nice way to ruin a great appFor years I used NetCarShow via the web and was always on top of the latest releases. I would often refer friends to the website. Then the app came out and I couldn’t be happier since now I don’t have to go look for updates as notifications would pop up on my phone. I update and all of a sudden they have some ridiculous, and I mean ridiculous pricing. Did it ever occur to them that we can just go to our browser on the phone or tablet and view the content there for FREE!!!.Version: 1.3.2

They’re organized well and if you’re someone who couldn’t care less about quality or someone taking money out of your pocket every month, maybe this app is for you. Unfortunately for me, I was looking for an app in which I could find high definition pictures of my favorite car (for my lock screen) turns out for two dollars a month, they provide you with very low definition photos… Which I’ve yet to understand why. ✓ Disappointed - Will UninstallI’ve used this app on and off for a few years. A stable quality reference app that I find useful occasionally. But only occasionally; as in maybe once or twice a month I will launch it to check something out. With that frequency of use and it’s high quality I would pay a buck or two, but not the new high subscription fees they are charging now. When I started using it there was no charge. I found this great from my perspective but thought that the developer should charge something for such a great quality reference tool. Overtime they introduced a nag notification about paying/subscribing, but the fees were too high so I just bypassed it and continued to use it once in a while for free. Now you must subscribe to use and the fees are too high for the frequency of use and utility I firebird from it. Therefore I am: 1 - rating this only a 3 stars because even though this is a great app the fee model is criminal, 2 - uninstalling it from my devices and using the website version instead, which is the same content and free..Version: 1.3.2

✓ What happened??!A few years ago I wrote a really nice review on how I loved using the app for news on new releases as well as older models. Ever since they began with a pop-up for a monthly (monthly!!) subscription and blocked access to the content it became clear that this app won't last very long. First of all, the app gave you the convenience of having links to a lot of cars all categorized by brand, the press release with pertinent info and any pictures available. However, the same information is all over the web and you can access it for free from any number of sites. Heck, you could even skip the press releases and get a more hands on approach to accessing content via vlogs. There are hundreds of car reviewers that make videos and test drives of the same cars. It's more dynamic and it's all free to watch. Sadly, the bottom line is that paying for the app makes no real sense at all and it will end up being unused and ultimately deleted..Version: 1.3.2

✓ NetCashshow???I've literally had this app since 2011...WHEN IT CAME OUT...I guess 6 years was a good run. 20.00$ a year to look at car pictures is not worth it at all. This WAS my favourite iPhone app, but like all iPhone app developers they've gotten greedy and now want to take people's money for the same service they provided for free for 6 years. ✓ Subscriptions, Seriously!?!?!?The website is free with ads to generate revenue. But this ap, which was fantastic, now keeps asking for a subscription. So far I'm able to hit the "subscribe later" option, but when that runs out, I'm not paying. I'll deal with ads but I can get the content easy enough from autoblog! And they actually have interesting content along with photos. So I'm definitely not going to pay for access to a (albeit very good) photo database when I get good journalism and photos in exchange for some advertising. Were it not for this subscription BS, I'd have rated this ap 5 stars in a heartbeat. Always worked excellent for what it was. But not worth the money they're asking a month! No way! *Update, can't bypass payment anymore. They do have a link to view on Safari, yet you then see a big banner at the top of the page to "open in app"... Down from 2 stars to 1. ✓ What Happened!?I had this app for a long time and at that time I thought this was the best app in the world. Then around 2017, they added monthly subscriptions. They want your money to see things that you can see on Google. This also use to have a 4 to 5 star rating and now it has gone down to about a 2 star rating. ✓ From the best to the worstI am a petrolhead, one that loves being up to date with car news, and this app once updated me with news of all the latest models from the automakers as soon as it dropped. I've used this app for 5 years and has been the first app I have installed on every device I owned. Ever since we had to pay for a subscription, I have given this a second thought. If they valued their customers even a little, they could've made an in-app purchase to remove ads or something similar. But no. They just want to make as much money as possible by letting us only use 10% of the apps functionality and if we want the rest, we have to subscribe.
