Great app!I have found this to be a great app! The price is great and I have used it consistently for about six months. As part of a relaxation practice , this app has helped me to be able to fall asleep more easily at night. I have used it during lunch time laid on my office floor and found it has recharged my batteries, it has also helped remind me what I am here on the planet to do. As part of a meditation practice, I have found that using this app twice a day has reinforced my mission, has helped me to see my defences and delusions and allowed me to make wiser decisions of a more compassionate nature. I think this app would help anyone who is over busy with lots going on in their head, anyone who has a lot of time on their hands and would like to learn something new, mothers who need a little me time. I have found shouting "just doing yoga nidra" and the little voices just vanish! Amazing! Best Yoga Nidra AppThis is by far the best Yoga Nidra meditation available. The voice is calming and clear. I use this all the time. The only thing I would like is for some longer periods of silence in between instructions.Version: 1.8

Excellent yoga nidra appI have been using the lite version for over two years and I really loved it. I have also found recently that 10 minutes are sometimes not enough so I finally got the full version. The 20 min and 30min are great and very effective to help me calm down and clear my mind so I can get to sleep even when under a certain amount of stress. I cannot say that my sleep quality has improved unfortunately, but when I wake up in the middle of the night and need to clear my mind, the 20min routine is just what I need..Version: 1.7

Yoga for the stressedReally effective app, feel fantastic if I'm carrying out the practice and wake up fresh in the morning though don't always manage to get through the whole 30 minutes without falling to sleep! His voice is really easy to listen to and having the same format for the 10,20 or 30 minute practice works really well, with increasing detail in the longer sessions. Deeply effectiveI have been doing yoga nidra at bed time for about 1 year. Apart from the fact that I sleep like a baby, I believe the practice has impacted my health in a measurable way. Both my mother and brother have trouble with high blood pressure, but medical practitioners continually tell me I have 'textbook' blood pressure, that is, 120 over 80. I thought my reading would have changed radically during the siege at 52 Martin Place as I work there and was extremely upset. But no, a health check that week confirmed 120 over 80. Changed my mind.The first time I used it I didn’t realize there were choices in the length of the practice and the default was ten minutes. Ten minutes is a completely inadequate time span for yoga Indra so I was really annoyed that I bought the app. When I decided to check in the settings and found there was a proper 30 minute practice I tried it again. Perfect! So relaxing.I downloaded a whole host of relaxation apps when I was going through a stressful time at work. This is by far and away my favourite. Although the gong and the singing can by slightly off putting when you first open the app, don't worry! During the yoga nidra there's just a nice relaxing voice and the sound of rain. The meditation is really effective, and it's so refreshing to hear something like this narrated in a calm and measured Australian accent (compared with, say, an overly exuberant/ernest/herbal American one). The opening music is beautiful and I find it a nice transition into the meditation. Perfect relaxationI use this guided relaxation as the final step in my exercise routine. I've had a delicate lower back for decades and even though I'm very careful I'll always have a bit of an ache there after exercise. After stretching I launch the Yoga Nidra app, put a pillow under my knees, and lie flat on my back to listen. The result is always the same; when I stand up the backache is gone..Version: 1.7

Nidra in my pocketIt’s not so easy to attend nidra classes where I live, so having this app is wonderful. One MeditationWhen I purchased this app I expected to have for my use more than just one meditation. Best relaxation/meditation app I've tried...This one is simple and effective. If you prefer an app that just talks you through relaxation and mindfulness, without lots of "you are a wonderful unique person who can achieve anything" stuff over the top this is perfect. Plus the 'paid for' option offers three session lengths and sound options, which I found was plenty... Also, I found the voice used very soothing - it may seem obvious but some have terrible voice options....Version: 1.4

A grandmothers peaceI absolutely love this app. I use it almost daily after babysitting my grand babies. Better than a nap, it always takes me mentally to a relaxed peaceful state. Excellent practiceI like having the choice of practice length, as some days I have less time to practice. I do think he moves a bit too quickly through the body scan - more so than other Yoga Nidra practices I have tried. But all in all it is an excellent program, and I love the intro music. I find it very relaxing to come back to the present with that music..Version: 1.2

Easy and rewardingI love this app...the only thing that drives me crazy is that in the 30 minute version he doesn't leave enough time for you to count 27 breaths when he asks you to. I know now to just count 9 for each area the same as the 10 and 20 minute versions. But in general, I think this is both rewarding and easy to do..Version: 1.2

Awesome!!This has been one of the best apps on my phone. I use it all the time just for a quick refresher or deeper rest constantly.. There have been days when I haven't been able to sleep ALL NIGHT.. seriously.
