Some bugs when syncing to iPhoneThis is a great iPhone app and is easy to use. But, syncing between iPhone and Apple Watch has some issues. For instance if you started a timer for a project on the Apple Watch without the app being open on the iPhone the project will not record properly on the iPhone..Version: 4.1

Kidding, right?Anyone that gave this PAID version fo the app any stars at all is related to the developers. A quick $8 grap and I'm not happy. The Windows desktop app has no resemblance to the iPhone or iPad app that I used. On Screen useless reports are available, nothing to paper. Interface far from intuitive. Good luck with this one!.Version: 1.8

Good app BUT lacks in currency selection!!!Nice design and easy to use! Add currency selection and I will rate it 5 Stars!!.Version: 1.6

Plus and minusPlus: User interface is great: entering a new day only takes two clics. Minus: no integration with Dropbox, no active range of dates : must delete entries at the end of the billing period..Version: 1.6

Hint: Now Then includes iCloud synch in the latest updateBought this app after reading it had synch capability. The small print then points you to having to buy the PC/mac software to do this. Now Then have included iCloud synch in the latest update. Job done. App deleted..Version: 1.9.1

Some glitches at first.Lost two months of info. Updated 19 March 2013. Asked if I wanted to transfer data to new version. All gone. Teach me not to download data to csv more often. Happier with this version..Version: 2.1

Crashing on opening on Apple WatchI think this is a great app when it works as it should. Although apple watch functionality isn’t great. Crashes on opening almost every time and won’t run on the watch. I used this on a daily basis for my work but it is annoying me now after the last update due to the poor functionality. Please fix!.Version: 4.0

Terrible!Complicated in use, no overall graphic formation on iPad, it's not worthy to spend AU$9 on it, just useless in work!.Version: 1.3

ConfusingNot as intuitive as expected. Confusing commands. “Done” and “Cancel” buttons shouldn’t be in same line. I’ve deleted project hours too many times when revising or adding time manually. Must be me..Version: 4.1

No support for recurring events in CalendarI was looking forward to using this app when I read that it could sync with the desktop version which supports importing Calendar events. The problem is that it does not support recurring events. I though the price was too hight but since I really need Calendar import I thought I would buy it. I have been waiting for a year now for an update to address this oversight. Ideally sync with calendar should be available within the iPhone version but I would settle for syncing with the desktop if it worked as advertised..Version: 1.9.2

GarbageGarbage.Version: 2.4

Why is there no cloud sync?Have to sync to a desktop is clumsy and inconvenient. Surely having a Dropbox or iCloud sync would make syncing devices so much easier, plus it gives a backup..Version: 3.9

What’s going on with the upgrade?Getting a little concerned regarding the upgraded version that I prepaid for. It was coming down the homestretch several months ago and it’s been radio silence ever since. Please provide an update ASAP..Version: 4.1

So far, SO close!I used the free version of OfficeTime for a week to see if it would be worth investing in the paid version. After the first few days, I knew this was exactly the sort of timesheet app I’d been looking for. Working for a nonprofit company with a small staff means I’ve fingers in more than one pie on any given day. The higher ups like to know exactly what us worker bees get done on Project A, Project B, etc, and how many hours each of these projects occupy in a given day. OfficeTime makes it wildly simple (after setting up the various Categories & Projects to suit my needs) to seamlessly switch my time tracking between tasks as the demands of the day dictate. I can’t yet give the app a full 5 star rating due to one major (for me) disappointment: there doesn’t appear to be any option to sync my data between multiple devices. Some of my duties tie me to a desk/keep my around the main office, where it’s convenient to keep my time running on my iPad (it’s already propped up on the desk for note taking, anyway). Another major part of my duties, however, keeps me on my feet & nowhere near a desk, and I’d prefer to be able to track & adjust my times from my iPhone for those tasks. As of now, it looks as if I’d need to track my office tasks on the iPad & the “field” tasks on iPhone — meaning I’d have to combine the data from two separate data exports for my weekly timesheets. I’ve also yet to figure out how I can input my name to be included with the data export, even though the export settings menu says my name can/will be included. Deal-breaking caveats that will send me rallying for a refund? Not at all. Inconvenient & inefficient? Very. Even so, I am very pleased with the level of detail this app provides my timekeeping, and I look forward to seeing it evolve in future updates..Version: 4.3

WorstThis application is the worst! It randomly has all kinds of glitches. It erased three weeks of my work. It didn’t invoice over $20,000 worth of time in two months!!! THE WORST!!! The customer service is a Tricia’s and take several days just to resolve an issue. There’s no one to call it’s only email. Absolutely do not buy this.!!.Version: 10.3

Was working.......but not anymoreSo we used this in my company fir the past couple of years, but in the past couple of months everyone is reporting problems with syncing, which isn’t working automatically or manually with multiple users..Version: 5.1

GoodWould be good to see some integration with accounting software such as xero and features such as a reminder to invoice client.Version: 1.0

UnimpressedI loved the unpaid version so I decided to upgrade specifically so I could export my time sheet for clients. When I went to export though, it won’t let me! The other features of the paid version are great and all but not what I need. I just need to be able to send my project times out! So frustrated..Version: 4.1

Pas fortJ'ai achetée cette application il y a plus d'un an. Comme elle ne fonctionnait pas bien pour moi, j'ai demandé un remboursement ( qui est garanti a 100%). On m'a supposément envoyés trois chèques. C'est long la poste entre l'Angleterre et le Canada. Je pense que la garantie de remboursement est de la fraude pur et simple. Apple store devrait nous créditer directement quand le remboursement est garanti..Version: 1.9.1

Great app!!!This is a great app for tracking time but it would be VERY beneficial to to be able to schedule projects and share between colleagues!!!!.Version: 5.1

DisappointedSure, it tracks time well and is nice to use, but that's only for time tracking. It falls down in a number of other areas. First, it's expensive! Second, it can only export certain projects, not date ranges, so after that first invoice you either delete your data or keep adding and sort out the mess when you export. Exporting is weak, would be nice if it exported to .xls, and the text export comes titled with a huge string of Chinese(?) characters. Finally, there's no cloud integration, I cannot sync my data to use on an iPhone and iPad. In sum, save your money. Do a google search for best time tracking apps (this one is conspicuously absent from most lists) and don't rely on the results spit out by the App Store..Version: 1.5

It’s ok...I was looking for something as simple as toggl but that could sync between device through iCloud and be as simple. This is not it. That said, it’s an ok app. Just not for me..Version: 2.3

Good enoughWorks well enough. The reporting export is not all that great. Does not allow tracking multiple projects at once. The watch app is garbage. Most of the time it crashes. If it does open, it messes up all the start / stop times on a project..Version: 4.1

Please Fix Rotation Bugs!I spent my £5+ direcly on the full version with a view to trialing it before rolling it out to my European team. Minus one star for the landscape-portrait rotation not working. Minus another star for the landscape-portrail rotation being mixed (go figure). Minus a further star for no response of any kind (within 48 hours so far) to support contact / bug logging. Minus a further star for expecting more from a medium to high priced app. That gives you one star guys - please be more careful and respectful of punters - some in-your-face bugs here. (iPhone 4; iPad 2).Version: 1.4

Good App, No Free Backup SyncingThere are so many great things to be said about this app, and yet despite their promises, there are NO backup syncing options unless one pays for their expensive desktop app. Most well designed apps can sync to the web, Dropbox or other backup source without having to go through another device. This is like buying a high end BMW or Mercedes automobile and learning you must additionally purchase a spare tire if you want that protection, when every other inexpensive car has installed them for free. A great app that unfortunately appears to be gimped by greed..Version: 2.8

Wasted my timeI just want a refund.Version: 10

Lost time sheetsI can’t express how disappointed I am with this app. Once you figure out how to get it to work, it’s pretty convenient to click on and off from the time sheet window. Project setup is easy. Yes are easy to input. BUT...and here is the big BUT that had us stop using it today. I have been diligent about using this app to do freelance billing. Today, when going back to do my two-week billing, I found two whole WEEKS of projects and time sheets completely missing! I have to go back and recreate them or not get paid. Hours and hours and hours of work. I do a lot of segmented work with different clients, often an hour here or a half-hour there, or even ten minutes for phone calls or edits. That is impossible to find again. This is the third time this has happened. Today, we downloaded Toggl. It integrates with our project management software, so this may work out. Otherwise, it’s back to pencil and paper. I’ve tried now something like nine time tracking products. All fail or aren’t flexible enough. This one, had it worked reliably, was pretty good. But, I can’t have lost time like this..Version: 4.1

Wouach !!!Just lost $8.00. This is the most useless piece of garbage I have bought from the App store. UI completely useless. Far from intuitive. Found another one that works far better than this one. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APPS !!!.Version: 1.8

Crashing on iPad ProCrashing, freezing and the odd black screen. It would be an ok app if it worked but it doesn’t. It’s become too much of a pain to have to keep closing and opening and hoping this time it will work..Version: 4.1

Watch complications?Love the app but why no complication yet for Apple Watch after all this time?.Version: 4.6

Does not sync between iOS devicesI purchased this expecting it to sync between iOS devices like most similar apps, but it will not. It seems that it will only sync with their expensive desktop software - and even without the price issue, I'm often away from my computers when I want to update my times and don't want to return to a desktop in order for changes to be propagated across my devices..Version: 1.2

Good logging but no built in calendar or list viewDowngrading to 1 star! Still waiting for my refund after two weeks! No response to any of my questions from customer support! Old school but useful UI and very nice real time totals for hours and billing/ expenses but this does not work for me due to lack of built in calendar, list or timeline. I was reluctant to try this without a lite or trial version, purchased the license based on promise of no questions asked refund. I requested a refund today, I will report back on how quickly the refund is delivered!.Version: 2.8

ArghGot a new iPhone and had to start over. Lost an entire month of time tracking. I thought this thing had cloud sync, as I've got it on my iPad. But my iPad was blank, no data at all. Downloaded them both again but no way to sync devices. Sync with my mac?! No thanks. I don't want to time track on my pc. I specifically wanted an app for my iPhone and iPad. If data won't sync between the two, what's the point?! Utter waste of money..Version: 1.5
