✓ Director of ITWe have downloaded the product and have found that it works great. We are looking forward to using this more in our inpatient settings. ✗ Cannot connectI have had both Allscripts Remote products for a while. I have spoken with reps from Allscripts and from internal hospital IS department and no one seems to be able to help me log on. It worked once, I think. Since then, even with VPN on, I get era messages that the internet connection is not working (which is not true.) I hope that it becomes easier to connect - it would make looking at schedules, tasks, that pertain to clinic patients, while I am rounding in the hospital somewhat easier..Version: 1.0.2.0
