Talabat is usually very quick and for me, the one time that I complained because my order wasn’t here yet, they gave me a refund of 10 QR for my order. ✗ Talabat GO DriversTheir driving service is the worst. You get phone calls about your location and address. And if you don’t answer they will cancel your order. But their drivers call even when they are standing outside the door. They won’t ring the doorbell only call- not even knock. I get 5 phone calls from the talabat drivers every time they have to deliver and then I always miss a call and never get my food. By far the worst delivery service in the area. A talabat go driver called me this last time to ask me to send my address through WhatsApp. I did that. An hour after that he called twice which I missed and then they cancelled my order. But I confirmed with him the building number and flat number when he called. Order should have never been cancelled. Talabat GO is the worst. If you have to use the app try using restaurants who don’t use talabat go..Version: 6.2.9
