✓ Having some issuesI started playing this game a pretty long time ago, back when i first got my ipod touch (i think it was like a 3 or a 4) but now i have issues. 1: My purchase restoring thing doesn’t work, i did upgrade to a new phone, but didn’t make a new account or anything so i was quite dissatisfied to find out that my pack i bought with all the original game bots was not loading. Is this just where i haven’t beat enough of the story mode or what? (if so i understand cause i can’t be asura on chapter 4) (any tips please leave them).Version: 1.44.18
✓ Quality& QuantityI bought this game because of reviews. I have been playing for 30mins and the game is done. In hard mode you play up to 7 enemies and it's it. You don't even win anything. You have limited bots also you have to purchase making your own bot, Zeus,twin cities,and atom.... Only thing u don't purchase is the tournament mode. Add multipler more bots to challenge upgrade the tournament, make your bot mode free with slots that you can buy and rely make it better all around .... Not a must buy at all....Version: 1.1.8
✓ A mediocre fighterIt's alright, but there are much better fighters on IOS. This game is short on content, and some of the characters can only be unlocked via in app purchase. That's pretty appalling considering that you are given so few characters to begin with. Also the directional controls aren't very responsive. They should add a proper joystick..Version: 1.0.6
✓ Good but needs improvingThe game is a great concept from a great film, the problem I am having is with the purchasing of extra robots to use, would accept an increase the price and give us them for free. As well as that I find that I have difficulty in the robot actually doing what I am telling it to, press the buttons and sometimes nothing happens ( my power core is not in the red btw) so a better user interface and control is needed. ✓ Was perfectWas perfect back in the day where I payed for the app and got everything. There was a time where you could pay 50p and get any character, with any map and I had so much fun playing it. ✓ An Imbalanced FighterAlthough the robot fighters look nice and different graphically, there is very little variety to the fighters and backgrounds. Each robot plays out the same except they have different stats and special move animations but that's about it. Unfortunately, the robots in general aren't inbalanced and it feels like the AI is cheating. Overall, if you want Street Fighter without the variety & fun,then this is the perfect game for you!.Version: 1.20.3

✓ I have a few questions...Okey, first of all, I want to say this game is great. The graphics could use some work, but the gameplay is stellar. But, there are reasons I rated three stars. And that is because of build mode. I don’t know if it is a glitch, but when I bought it, I was so exited. I immediately clicked on the build button, then the same in app purchase screen showed up. I really wanted the build feature, so I pressed buy. It said processing, then it said restore successful. So I tapped on it again and the same thing popped up. I kept going through this same situation before I got triggered and gave up. I tried again later but the same result. Please fix this and thank you for your time..Version: 1.41.2
✓ What the hell happenedI use to play this game couple years ago on the iPad and it changed a lot and not in a good way. It use to be about skill and combos you could do but now it’s just based on how much money you have. Also for the love of god nerf evi that robot is way too op I could almost beat him and then out of no one he hits one with one combo and takes down 80% of my health. ✓ Fun concept, failed execution!!I really wanted this game to do well since i am a big fan of the movie, but instead i got a game with all my favourite characters ..after forking out a few bucks for some of them mind you, that feels clunky and just makes you want to quit the game after a handful of rounds. The game feels more frustrating than fun. ✓ OkGood game, but the custom robots could be a more wide range or maybe a campaign mode where you have a robot which you choose and you upgrade it and add new parts to it as you claim though the ranks of the boxing championship. And more robots to fight. And more freedom in the ring. I would also like to add that when you customise your robot you should have a lot more freedom in designing it like paint jobs and so on and so fourth. You even have to pay for 'build your own robot' yet you can still unlock parts by playing the game without any in app purchases. I don't recommend a buy on this one, it's all a massive scam. ✓ I purchased atom and high level villainsDear developers, I downloaded real steel around the time the film was quite fresh so basically a good while ago. Once I was playing the game I decided to purchase atom and I remember their being villains available for purchase aswell in a sort of package. So I bought them aswell for the full experience of the game. I played it enjoyed it and left it for a few years. Now I want to play the game again and realise I have to purchase these items again which I honestly think is a form of stealing or blatant disregard for one of your customers. I should not have to purchase the same thing again when I bought the characters fair and square. Period. I would kindly ask for the developers to either help change it or atleast reimburse me the money I used on purchase. Digital data when bought belongs to the customer so please return to me what I paid for regardless of how long ago or how many updates your game has made. Thank you and best regards. A player. ✓ What a rip off!I was so hopeful for this game since it was one of my favourite films and the app looked good. As soon as I opened the app though, about 5 adverts popped up in my face and I soon as I tried to do anything it was already asking for my money! I will do other moves and try again but it’s like with some of the other bots it just doesn’t want to work which I think needs to be fixed and the speed on each hand is entirely different as well. ✓ Very poorThe only good thing about this is build your robot... They actual firing is so primitive and super annoying when it comes to blocking... If you block 4 consistent punches and they catch you on the last one they pull a special on you even though you blocked them its such a load of twdodle. Not great. And I kind of expected better of the BYOR since the most you can do is mix and match then give them a tacky paint job and a new name. Suggestion: Name decals. ✓ Dodgy AppWhilst the main part of this game is quite entertaining it soon degrades when you want to buy so called "in-app" purchases. The build your own robot does not load up as it cannot connect to iTunes yet when you want to buy other robots it seems to have no problem. My son was desperate to build his own and was so upset when it did not work. Funny thing is loads perfectly on other iPad with exactly the same settings. Spend two days now trying to figure out why. ✓ Used to be betterI remember when I played this game back in 6th grade. I felt challenged but it wasn’t to hard and most of the stuff like build your robot was free. I loved this game. I decided to download it again and give it another shot. Now everything that was great is blocked by a $1-$25 paywall. All the robots are now a pain to get. I remember having Zeus and all the other famous originals without having to go through a pay wall or do a million challenges. It was only the golds and the newer robots you had to work for. Also, this game just feels to easy. I’m able to go against a bot with almost all maxed out stats and easily win with ambush without taking damage. All you gotta do is hit em once and use either the special or one of the two combos. Is there some kind of difficulty setting I’m missing? ✓ Better updatesThere needs to be a change, so i have come up with a list of changes List: Making robots is cool, but what if you could press one of the robot’s body and put it on another (example: pressing midas’s mohawk then duplicating it and puting i on twincites head. 2. More gold robots and less stars, can you put the body parts to 25 stars or below 45. And more gold robots like zeus (make his arms full gold please) or any other robots. 3. ✓ Purchases not restoring even with proof of purchaseI’ve noticed a few other people having the same issue as I have had, I went through support and was very unhappy that I was going constantly in circles when proving with Apple account receipts that I bought the combo pack with Zeus and Atom back when the film was still fresh. I do love this game a lot but to come back to that even after I had purchased the game years ago was utterly insulting, with the support team not even giving me a reasonable explanation to WHY I had to repurchase the characters again it makes me really sad to think I aspired to be a game developer when the industry does this..Version: 1.43.13
✓ Not worth the money and easyI got this game when it was free so if the game was free all the time it would be worth it but on top of paying for the game to get good robots you need to pay extra! When you play the movement of the robot is very slow and sometimes it doesn't respond. The game is too easy I completed it in about had an hour. In conclusion I rate this game 3* and its not worth the money, it's easy and the controls are bad..Version: 1.3.8
✓ WowDon’t call it a 2nd evolution tournament if all the opponents are 3rd evolution or higher and it takes an insanely boring hour of continuous punching each to beat. Not to mention their attack pattern almost always goes the same way: you punch, they get 2 insanely fast jabs and an uppercut in and then you’re dead, because that just makes for exhilarating gameplay right? Half the time the SP button doesn’t even work and instead you send a useless uppercut, often meaning you miss the ripoff which is annoying when it’s part of a challenge. And £100 for the whole roster? What an absolute cash grab of a game. Make it free if the dlc costs that much. Even cod is more modest with its pricing. Then there’s characters who have an annoyingly short reach with their jabs like Midas and Axelrod where you have to actually walk into the opponent to hit them. At that point it’s a pointless attack and the cross is the only way. For some of them, the attack actually goes through the opponent and still doesn’t hit. And now I’ve noticed there’s also an almost impossible star in Olympus’ third challenge. With how little time and stamina there is and how little damage your attacks do, it’s impossible to defeat them all in the 40 seconds without a double damage boost. I’ve tried any number of attack combinations and it’s just not enough without the boost. Even with the boost there’s just barely enough time. There’s a hard one on Major Steel’s last mission but that’s just possible with enough cheesing and without a boost. And that brings me to these absurd characters. It’s literally like they hired 8 year old me to think of these awful character designs they’ve come up with. I understand a lot of them are from their other games so they’re just there for a little self promo but come on. Swords, guns and scorpion tails in Real Steel? In a robot boxing game? It’s not exactly boxing is it? And even characters like No Joke that were designed for the game are completely out of place and stupid. It’s fun playing as them but you should’ve left them to your other games and not in Real Steel. Could you imagine those goofy designs in the movie? Terrible. And the moves they come with too. Farting robots? Dancing hand in hand in the middle of a fight? Should’ve stuck to the actual robots. There’s also quite a few glitches such as being able to hit your opponent out of the ring and having to restart, and in tag team when a robot swaps there will sometimes be a duplicate which gets in the way and sometimes stops you from reaching the opponent. It only disappears when the duplicated robot tags back in, not even restarting the match takes it away..Version: 1.84.49
✓ It’s a fun past time but AI difficulty is mind numbing.The only difficulty in fighting the AI is input reading which is infuriating as well as a weird spacing issue where the enemy can hit you but your attacks are just out of range, and this happens a lot. ✓ Great but disappointingThis is THE greatest game I have ever downloaded but only let's me play 1 match then quits to home screen then you have to wait for it to load up with all the ads etc.. If this could be sorted (which I thought it might have done in the new update) then I would recommend to anybody. After buying all the DLCs I believe that if should be sorted after all the money I payed. If this problem is sorted definite 5/5 but disappointing at the moment..Version: 1.3.8

✓ FIX THE GOD DAMED FIGHTSIf you fight any other robot they will be able to break your combos which you can’t do to them, have longer range then you and even if it says you have the same health as you and less damage then you there health bar goes on for a mile wile yours is like a foot and your punches will be as affective as a flick will when it says the have less damage there punch will affectively take away half your health. It’s ok but the fights get super hard and unfair if they fix that this game would be great..Version: 1.43.23

✓ Good gameIt's a good game but it would be better with multiplayer, jumping and ducking, and if they moved just a little faster, just a little. It's also laggy. This game crashes a lot so please fix that. All up an awesome game and 3/5 but if you take on my suggestions I would give 5/5 Oh and also you should be able to build one robot for free and pay for more. ✓ Not worth the 69pGot very excited seeing this app, the feature of being able to build a robot and fight seemed really cool however, you have to pay an additional 69p for that feature, as well as unlocking other bots to use. The graphics are good and the game is somewhat fluid with cool animations. The mechanics are good for an iOS game but the game modes are lacking and the game becomes repetitive very quickly. To improve make the build a bot feature free, also add new game modes and even combos. Anything to make this more versatile as this game does have potential, but I feel like this is just a marketing move and probably won't get a single update..Version: 1.1.8
✓ This game is fun for just a few minutes.Look this game is good alright, but the problem is that the bots advance and can break your combo if they need. They can also do a repeat attack and just doing the same combo. It’s very annoying, especially metro. ✓ Pretty goodWell now that some stuff are fixed its fine but they should make the graphics clearer and they should let us choose different colours and patterns on the build you're own robot mode. Plus they should make more body parts that we can unlock by playin in tournament. What I just wrote will make the game way better and then I would give it five stars. Plus the sound effects should be louder and clearer like their real robots. And the cheering should be kinda quiter and the speed of when you're battling should be faster. ✓ Rip-offOk so you buy the game thinking its going to be as good as the movie, but let's be honest it's really not... Everything is paid extras and even them the paid extras are a complete rip off, build your own robot isn't build your own robot, it's put together bits of other robots. And when you do a tournament you think yeah increase my robots stats great but once you've beaten the like 5 robots and won the tournament your stats are reset, so all in all it's a pretty pointless game... It's sluggish and non responsive... If you want to waste a few quid/dollars an never see them again or feel you've got anything of value then this app is a great idea for you!.Version: 1.1.8
