✓ UnreliabilityThis service is horrible, you can never rely on or depend on it when trying to follow important international businesses. I can not connect to my family easily making it so scary to due to the political situation where they live. I won’t recommend this service especially for urgent cases and important transactions..Version: 8.1
✓ Call charge is becoming fishyI really love this app have been using it for a while,but now they started to take away the minutes with out the person answering the call😞.Version: 9.8
✓ Worst ever experience1. The international number never connects 2. Support sent an email saying they fixed the issue - since then I can’t even login in the account, it is asking to contact support. There is no chat or phone option, so you have to send an email and wait 3. Referral program seems a scam - referred someone who added deposit, but no referral visible in my account. ✓ Call Quality Downgraded SeverlyI am not sure what is going on but for the past weeks my calls to my country Benin Cotonou have been horrible. At times the call gets stuck in a loop... ✓ Few issuesOk this app is great when it works, no hidden charges and great call rates. My girlfriend is from Latvia and it saves me a fortune calling her from KeKu and when she calls home to friends and family. But........ Once my phone shut down which logged me out of KeKu and it took ages to get back on again, which has just happened again now, and upon installing an update from the app store, I can't even get to the log in page!! It's really stupid how I cant log In cos if I try to make a new account it recognises that KeKu is registered on this phone but doesn't recognise my own phone number or email, yet if I ask them to send my password to my email it comes straight through to my email????? KeKu, this is very frustrating, but as I can't even get to the log in page now it's not even an issue. Tweak it and you get 5 stars!!!!.Version: 2.6.0

✓ Turning badUsed to be good, but turning bad last few months. 1st raised rates to Japan, and lately raised the rate for landline calls equal to mobile calls. Why? Landline calls to Japan are always cheaper than calls to mobiles. Now landline calls to Japan are 9.1 cents, equal to mobile calls, and 300% higher than a couple months ago. Something wrong here. ✓ Disappointing - poor call qualityDownloaded this app because they promised more minutes than competitor which they offer. Turned out to be very bad quality, echoing and took me 3 trials to get a connection both using wifi and local number. If you are used to using calling cards this is exactly the same thing better off sticking with them no advantage moving to this thing. This app was quickly put together you can tell with app aesthetics and overall call quality which is the number 1 thing long distance callers look for..Version: 2.7.6

✓ More info neededLocal Numbers work only in a handful of countries. This means you have to be from or visiting one of these countries. Otherwise this is just another VoIP app, like sype [sic] as they like to call it. This info is not provided explicitly anywhere, including in the website. Definitely does not work, as of now, in India and China: 36% of world unhappy :-(. Am from India visiting China. Not good both ways!.Version: 2.5.1
✓ Terrible User ExperienceI bought a subscription to call long distance while traveling in Europe. Half of the time I tried to dial a number it would not connect me and after the iOS 7 release the app just freezes on the splash page. ✓ NOT ABLE TO TAKE MY CREDIT CARD OFF 😡These guys probably doesn’t want anyone to cancel their subscription and hence they haven’t given any option to cancel the subscription from the app. I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I go to settings, all I see is manage subscription and it takes me to the Apple Subscription and I don’t see this app there. Contacting the customer support hasn’t helped in any way. More like a scam. I have not used this app for 3 months and they have ripped $10 every month and it’s going on since last three months. Seems like there’s no way to get rid of this mess. !!NEW USERS, BEWARE OF THIS APP. GET OTHER APPS WHICH ARE NORE TRANSPARENT AND TRUSTWORTHY!!.Version: 9.8
