✓ Jury still out on the value of this app!!I’ve been using this app since 2014 - it’s ok but certainly nothing to write home about..... Have a HUGE problem now that I ran some reports for tax time!! I noticed today as I was reviewing the report prior to submitting it that there were several duplicate entries that are not listed in the app!! I checked it over and over and confirmed that the entries in the app are correct - and each time I ran the report and emailed or exported to myself including different formats (PDF, CSV etc) the duplicates were there! NOW!!,,,, I’ll have to go back and compare previous reports against the app!! Totally lost confidence in this app!! I’m so mad right now! To be fair, I have not submitted a support ticket or alerted the developer. If this works out, I would be more than happy to correct or amend this review..Sky King1Version: 10.83

✓ Watch the Sync option; It bitesHave the BixXpensetracker on the Ipad and have been succesfully using it for the last few months. Recently got the iPhone version and where I have only one entry. Decided I would use the dropbox sync to get all my data synced onto my iPad. Spent the AUD4.49. However, discovered that in the process I had overwritten my major dataset. No problem, I thought, I can restore from my icloud backup. No such luck. The icloud restore only had my iPhone log. The app, the poor instructions and the developers are running too fast and loose with my valuable data for my liking..RealgadgetVersion: 7.11

✓ It was an outstanding apppThis was an outstanding app and I have used it since it’s start in 2009 and I will continue to use the old app until it no longer works , however I will never pay a company for a subscription. I hate and despise companies who do this. and this company is another classic example. I will gladly pay an upgrade fee however never a subscription. So I say I’m not sorry that I am cutting ties with this company since it turned to a subscription model only company. Good bye and good luck. Because it’s the customers that will keep your company up and running with no customers you have no company. The app does have several ways to back up even through Wi-Fi desktop however let me warn you, Through the Wi-Fi back up to your desktop you are limited to the number of logs files or it will crash every time and will not do a sysnc backup, now iCloud will do unlimited logs and transactions syncs because I have synced over 7k files and images without any problems and quick, however Wi-Fi to desktop will definitely not work and I have been with this app since 2009. And will only use the old version until it actually don’t work anymore because eventually with iOS updates it’s bound to stop working in the future. ✓ DisappointedI’ve been using this app since 2018 (I paid to get it) to record my expenses and I loved it till recently when I was asked to move all my data to a new format for free but now I have to update and pay a monthly fee to be able to keep using it! I’m really disappointed and I wished they will offer a limited data if we can delete old data and replace with new ones but no, even when you delete all data you still have to pay to use the app… 😤 I’m going to find a new app, bye!.Vivement-le-concert-de-demain!Version: 10.84

✓ DisappointedVery disappointed with this app. You think when you pay your $6.50 that you are getting all the features described in the description but this is definitely not the case. It is crippled and to get the features it describes you have to keep forking our more cash! Also there are some annoying features like not remembering your last used client or payment method etc so it is a bit tedious to use compared to some others. I like the ability to snap a photo of the expense receipts. The filters are cumbersome and far from intuitive to use. Overall after a few weeks of using it I'm still looking for a better option that doesn't require me to pay more than I already paid to be able to backup or sync my data. Basically if you buy this app you don't get what they say you will get. Look for a better alternative from an honest vendor..DeanocavemanVersion: 7.5

✓ Let down by export/reportGreat app for collecting expense data as you go but seriously let down by reporting/exporting features. All I want is a simple table of the each expense I have entered along with the receipt photos. However PDF reports are hopeless, missing off so many key data fields and zero customisation available. CSV reports are better but still miss key data like item description and they often get the report dates wrong. An option to view the report directly rather than insist on emailing it would be most welcome too..IanxnVersion: 7.0

✓ Full-featured but inconvenientThis app has all the features I need, but the buttons are all awkwardly placed so the app is very difficult to use one handed, and entering an expense involves SO MANY taps. If the "save" button was moved to the bottom right and changed to a "next field" button this app would be 100% more pleasant to use. The milage tracker is a good idea, but still really buggy. If I'm at a particularly long stoplight or stuck in traffic, it creates multiple trips. It also only records about 70% of my drives..ElizahenryVersion: 10.43

✓ Ok but sync doesn't work properlyThe app is a bit clunky - need better tools to organize categories and to change / edit the default list. SYNC with the iPhone doesn't always work properly: 1) if you have different settings for whether or not to include VAT in total between devices will result in values being incorrectly calculated. 2) if you move expenses between logs then this is not picked up in the sync.
