✓ PointlessAs an app it's not good. Adding photos you can sort but but date or name. If you want to change photos to anything else it's touch and then drag and drop, very tedious when dealing with hundreds of photos. Worst thing though is it allows you to add music but when you try to upload it all gets blocked by copyright so whats point of allowing it?..you can't compress the video so you can't email it. ✓ Buggy Photo Slideshow Director HDI had arranged all photos in a separate iPad Air2 photos folder (iOS 9.3.5). Upon import to the Photo Slideshow Director HD app, the number of imported photos appeared correct. However, upon reviewing the timeline, images were out of order, some missing and some duplicated. I attempted unsuccessfully to re-arrange the photos in the app's Lightroom table. Based on my experience, this app obviously needs work to remove bugs and add some stability. I noticed another reviewer experienced the same problem. Their solution was to import every photo individually. This is hardly an efficient solution when working with a number of photos. I suggest trying other similar apps, such as Splice, until the developer fixes these bugs..Version: 6.20

✓ False Advertising! No link to DropBox.I was VERY disappointed to find that Slideshow Pro does not support linking to my photos in DropBox. I even checked the online manual - no DropBox linking. This is NOT was was shown in the App Store, which clearly advertised support for Dropbox Wes albums. DO NOT PURCHASE if you want to show slides from DropBox, which is the only reason I purchased this app. It does support Picasa, Facebook and Flickr — I don’t need those features. ✓ Really good but .......Very simple to use and has pretty well everything needed to produce a top quality slide show. However it would be very handy to have an "undo" button that reverses actions as they are tried out. Even a reset button to go back to the default settings would be great. It is very time consuming and frustrating setting up a show and not being able to quickly reset some or all choices back to square one again. The "inset text" is handy but a choice of fonts would be nice instead of one boring default font. Also a colour palette for fonts? Maybe down the track the capability to insert movie clips would be a huge asset but I can appreciate this would involve a lot of work from the developers. Still a good app though a bit steeply priced for what you get. Nonetheless it will do me but I can envisage folks wanting more professional tools will not go for it!.Version: 1.0

It’s been hard to add the necessary photos because the SlideshowPro app doesn’t read all the photos I have on my iPad. I have over 4,000 photos, and the app says I only have 1,023. I wish this problem was fixed. I had the same problem last year too. I even tried putting my photos onto Pic Collage since that’s one of the options to choose pictures from, but the photos are still missing. ✓ Not bad, but a little disappointingIt's simple to use and has plenty of effects and themes to use (including some tacky ones, as usual). The only problem is that the execution of the slideshow is not that great. They have a really nice effect of using your images watermark-style in the background while the main image is displayed in the foreground but, even though the transition of the background images fades from one to the next, they've somehow managed to make it quite a jerky fade, not at all smooth (on ipad 2).
