✓ Hazard videos keep repeatingEvery hazard video I try never calculates my flag attempts and just repeats itself over and over. I’ve tried offloading it and loading it back, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Even the introductory video looks like it stops loading on the bar at the bottom, but repeats over and over if I don’t stop it..MnklogfVersion: 4.3.1

✓ Useful app but could be betterThis app is very useful for practicing the theory questions however I feel as though the mock exams are way too easy. I went into my first theory test getting 49 or 50/50 on pretty much every single mock test I had done in the week before my actual test so was very confident going into it. When I went to do my actual theory test the questions were a lot harder with the multiple choice answers given and the wording and some that had never popped up in any form in over 100 mock tests. I feel like this would be a lot more useful if the mocks were harder and closer to the real thing. Even if they were much harder than the actual test that would still be a positive as in the current state the 2 are hardly even comparable in difficulty level from my experience and it just seems completely pointless to put a mock test there that’s easier than the real thing.SuperWorm2005Version: 5.9.7

✓ Awful New UpdateThe previous version of this app, albeit a slightly dated UI aesthetic, was very well designed in function and comfortability. The new background is a brightly-lit white colour with dark accents for lettering which causes aching to the eyes and head after a small amount of study time (I wear eye-glasses) and drains device battery even more. A step backwards from the previous dark blue background with moderately bright accent and lettering. I have just taken my first mock-test within this updated version and here lies my biggest grievance... I stumbled on the final question and gave an incorrect answer and when this would happen prior to the update I would thus make a paper flash card of the question as it appears in the test with all possible answers on the front and the correct on the flip side. However this new update only reveals the chosen (incorrect) and correct answers upon review. So I cannot make an accurate flash card to practice; which has been my most effective form of revision so far. My test is in approximately two weeks and all I can say is I feel lucky to be in a good place with my theory knowledge as I know many will struggle with this new interface. ✓ ConfusedI found this app very helpful in some ways but also very confusing in other the theory questions was sometimes very misleading and when a question regarding a sign come up most the time when I clicked on the explanation it didn't tell me which one it was I had to guess and wait for it to mark it as wrong and then look which one was right also the hazard perception section on the first few videos I would wait till I felt it would become a hazard and click but it wanted me to click much sooner but on other videos I would click as soon as I seen it as a hazard it would give me no points because I clicked it to early so I resorted to clicking it when I felt it was a hazard then a couple of second later click it again to try and makes sure I got at least some point it has made me quite worried about my actual test which I have booked.Shelbyoneill1216Version: 5.2.8

✓ Good for mock tests, but not hazard perceptionI’ve owned this app for about 2 years now, having put off my theory test for too long. Back in 2021 and 2022, the hazard perception section functioned properly, would display the red flags at the bottom of the screen, and all elements of the UI worked seamlessly. Now, I’m unable to see any red flags when I tap the screen (I’m hence unable to even check if my perception of the hazards have been noted), there’s no UI option to get out of full screen (which I tried to see if the red flags did appear, or if that helped my user experience in any way), and in order to get out of that full screen viewing mode I had to force the app to restart. Also had multiple days where I couldn’t access the media for the hazard perception videos, so that rendered me unable to practise that part of driving theory at all..SsirronTtamVersion: 6.0.25

✓ Update deleted everything 2 days before my testI’ve been relying on the practice questions section of this app for the past month. Like the majority of people, my apps are set to update automatically, which has never been a problem in the past- all my dumb games data is saved and the games (even the free ones) are programmed well enough that updates don’t meant you lose all your progress. Sadly I can’t say the same for this app. I’ve lost all my progress 2 days before my theory test and now the only way I can make sure I’ve covered all of the questions (I had 8% left to go before the update) is to go through every single section again. I’m livid. I’d put up with the fact that the hazard perception part hasn’t worked properly since day 1, but now this update has obliterated all my progress too, I am furious. I got this app to help alleviate my anxiety about taking a test and it’s now massively increased my anxiety and cost me £4.99 for the privilege..PeterPookVersion: 4.3.1

✓ Where was the questions on my test?I arrived this morning at my theory after studying the app very confident that this app would see me through my test. How wrong was I. Firstly I got there and inmust say the staff were excellent I arrived late due to public transport shock but managed to do my test. The app has a select amount of questions which i expected to mave more than enough to see me pass my test. However, the questions on the test were worded so differently it was uncanny and and the answers to some of the same questions were also different therefore this made the test a lot more difficult to take and continued to stress me out as id had enough stress with public transport already. My main complaint however is the hazard perception test. That is a complete and utter waste of time. I recieved 4 clips from the app on my test and i clicked accordingly to what was on the app. The outcome. FAILED. Why? I dont know try making the app more test friendly and useable for the customer of the product. So now that is another £23 of my hard earned wages gone because you cant design a perfectley simple and functioning app. Money is tight as it is with only little pay weekly a long side driving lessons which as youll probably know are not cheap. ✓ Not greatAlthough it has lots of content that is useful for the theory test when practicing it in the practice tests I’m finding that I’m just getting repeated questions which isn’t helping at all. As well as repeated questions in practice tests , in the mocks that I’ve done there are loads of repeated questions which isn’t helping as I want a variety of questions to help me have the best chance in the real thing. Finally one of the most annoying things is that you don’t get the answer straight away. Although i understand its designed to be done in test conditions I really don’t have the time to be waiting till i get to the end of the test to find out the answers so it really doesn’t help learning fast. At least make it optional to have answers given in the test. Overall it’s a shame as these are problems are ones that could be easily fixed but appears that the developers will probably not do anything about it. I wouldn’t highly recommend this app (unless the issues i have stated are sorted) and therefore I’m going to try out another app to see if it helps me more..SpiritJRMVersion: 4.2.0
