✓ Very Basic info some incorrectI been fishin for catfish for along time and have found live bait to be the best they seem to prefer gold shiner minnow over most things sucker minnows work as well don't like to use night crawlers cause u catch a lot of other thing your not fishin for sheepshead carp suckers and so on. They love to feed at night (7:00pm-4:30am about) around wing dams, culvert drains, bridges ,shallow riverbanks n rock walls (ripwrap).use a large sinker(1oz)or more depending on current.#5 and 4 size hooks work well for most size cats. Put your sinker about 1-2 ft above your hook.hook your bait on the back just behind the fin cast into your spot u like n just wait if they are around they will eat it. Good luck.Good pixVersion: 1.5
