✓ Why are you changing effects?August 2019..Recent updates may have given a biggger selection of features but a lot are quite rubbish, whilst some of the features in New Reality section are gone. Sorry but quality over quantity should be the priority. 2016..Your "Sketch" effect used to include the pencil and eraser, They are now missing from the final result. Why did you remove them? It was so much better with them included. p.s. I notice that they still show as part of your illustration for "Sketch" effect..The Flying Scotsman !!!Version: 3.6.11

✓ Things are just getting worseI first gave this app 5 stars because it was great and I got so much enjoyment out of it. But then when I started to apply the apps that require pictures from the Internet my problems began. I would work out an entire photo and save it to my camera roll however when I tried to put it in the feed to share error messages came up over and over and over again. I contacted the developer and they worked on it and couldn’t see what the problem was. Then is if that wasn’t bad enough one day my entire profile of pictures disappeared I wrote the developer again I guess they worked on it for a few days and said we recovered all 187 of your profile pictures. Well apparently they can see something that I couldn’t because I only counted 10 profile pictures that had been returned. So I start all over again it’s very very disappointing because they can’t seem to give me an answer for what the problem is. Anyone else have this problem? When I apply and effect that requires the Internet pictures I can count on getting an error message so what I have to do is save it to my camera roll and then pull it up again and put it into the feed that way. ✓ Difficult to quickly find desired effect without signing in to a data mining platform.Unless I'm using this incorrectly, I have to scroll through thousands of other peoples photos in order to find an appropriate affect to enhance my photo. The earlier version had fewer options with no animation available, but showed each effect only once, with the same model used in each photo. Also was much easier to find in order to use them again. Many of these original photo options are either no longer available or I just can't find them in the cluster of often repeated images. I lose patience sifting through Photos of thousands of strangers just to find an effect that will make a friend laugh. Also, because this app was purchased, I don't understand why I need to sign in to have my data mined and shared through Facebook, Instagram & Google. If by signing in, I would gain access to a more organized, usable product; I clearly paid for an an enormous time waster. ✓ Please make revisions that users request! 😞You need to slow people to access their albums and not just their camera roll! Sometimes I need to go back to an image from 2 years ago and the only way to get the image to show up in camera roll is to screenshot it which downgrades the photo quality. Just let us select photos from our albums! Also, after you screenshot something, it takes forever before photo lab imports the image into the camera roll, making users have to wait and wait for an upload of an image that we should’ve been able to access from our album in the first place!! ✓ Needs Much higher resolution!I have had the pro version of this app for many years now - WHY has resolution not yet been considered!!! As soon as I transfer to my Mac, the images I have spent time to create are heavily pixelated and more or less unusable! Fine for social media or email, but that’s about it. I love the effects you produce and I want to use it, but PLEASE up your game and get with the times. ✓ I'M ADDICTED!!!!I've had the app less than an hour and I can't put it down. They offer the free one but don't waste your time because if the ads don't drive you to drink, the fact that there are so many effects you CANNOT access on it will. This is worth my $5 for sure. Now I have to wonder if it’s been sold or under new management. It is no longer easy to find specific types of templates. The 3 groupings offer the same junk. And when you try one template it used to give you great suggestions of similar types of templates that may be even more to your liking. All GONE and replaced by endless pics from what appears to be personal users stuck in Halloween mode. There are way too many demonic and occult type images. What happened to the oil painting? The Van Gogh? The Moench??? Where’s the murals? WHAT DID YOU GUYS DO???? I hope that I don’t have to get rid of this app that I’ve been enjoying for years. I will Check back in a few weeks. ✓ Not FairI've had this app for several years. I got the pro version back when you only had to pay one time to use all the features. Of course now they charge a weekly, monthly, yearly subscription fee. Three days ago, my app quit working. I tried to open it and it would open for a split second and then close. After three days of this I uninstalled it and tried to install it again. What a surprise. Now they want me to pay on a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. I bought the pro a few years back with good faith that I would be able to enjoy using the app and it's features after I paid for it. I never signed anything that said I would not get to use it anymore when they decided to start charging a subscription fee. How many if you had this happened to? ✓ Taking away editing choicesI feel very upset..I have used Photo Lab since it was first created. After I had used the free version I upgraded to the paid version Photo Lab Pro. Now today several months later after paying the new fees I find several of my favorite categories completely missing for editing choices. I find this unfortunately a very unfair practice to be used on your loyal paying customers. I will not continue to use this photo app in the future when my paid plan expires. ✓ No longer a fanI used to love this app! It’s still good for those who are just looking for a quick filter. But what made the app amazing when I purchased it was the ability to control the intensity of the filters. Originally you could pick a filter and change the level of intensity based on what you liked in each photo. Now when you pick a filter you have no control and it’s applied 100%. ✓ ONE STAR: STOP ASKING TO BE RATED EVERY THIRD SAVE!Be aware! The rating on this app is skewed. I’ve had this app for years. It will ask you to rate it every third save no matter how many times you do it, no matter how many reviews you give it; no matter how many years you own it. I thought Apple put a stop to this practice a couple of years ago. This same message has been posted numerous times. I should post it every time it does, but I have a whole other life outside the app. If I did it every time, I personally could probably knock their rating down from a 4.8 to a 4.7, and they must have tens of thousands of ratings. Because I HAVE reviewed it numerous times and have it five starts but since I have ALREADY reviewed it, and every time I use it I stops me before saving a photo to review it... I’m sick of it.
