✓ Great app; less encouraging customer service!This is a really useful app with clear graphics and easy to use. The regular interruptions, at start-up, of ads for the Hong Kong Metro app is annoying, simply because there is no way to stop it (even when, like me, you also have the HKM app installed). The most frustrating thing, however, is that this app really needs updating, to show the new lines on Shanghai Metro. I used the publishers' web site, to send in an enquiry, but they haven't bothered to respond. Meanwhile, I am having to use a different app, whose graphics are nowhere near as clear, nor the route planner as intuitive to use, simply because their map is up-to-date..Fan BaoVersion: 1.7.52

✗ A the job doneExcellent basic functions. Clear interface to tell you where stations are in Mandarin and Pinyin, easy to use 'directions' functions which tells you how long it will take from one station to another. This does not take into account walking between lines when changing. A useful addition would be to allow passengers to see first and last trains, the intervals that trains are arriving, live train times and delays, station closures etc. It also takes a very long time to update when new lines are open. Line 13 had been fully open for months before they released an update. Overall fine for getting from A to B..Melcat92Version: 2.0.5

✗ OutdatedThis is the easiest interface to use that I’ve seen so far. Unfortunately a lot of the ‘newer’ (built 3yrs ago) lines and stations aren’t on here. Trying to get to an area and the app saying the station doesn’t exist isn’t the most convenient anymore... (eg Shanghai metro line 9).EBish2014Version: 2.0.5
