✓ Great app; less encouraging customer service!This is a really useful app with clear graphics and easy to use. The regular interruptions, at start-up, of ads for the Hong Kong Metro app is annoying, simply because there is no way to stop it (even when, like me, you also have the HKM app installed). The most frustrating thing, however, is that this app really needs updating, to show the new lines on Shanghai Metro. I used the publishers' web site, to send in an enquiry, but they haven't bothered to respond. Meanwhile, I am having to use a different app, whose graphics are nowhere near as clear, nor the route planner as intuitive to use, simply because their map is up-to-date..Version: 1.7.52
✓ Very usefulThis is a must have, if you are visiting Shanghai or are new to the place (and intend to use the Metro). We used the app extensively during our stay there. Will use again during our next trip..Version: 1.2
✓ Learning vs time efficiency...I love that it helps me learn chinese! The other app was all in English, and I felt dumbed down. But the other app was a tap here and a tap to and all good. This one is a tap and a tap to route then having to remember what the place was to find. A little more time consuming. But again, I’d rather learn chinese..Version: 2.0.5

✓ Not bad but...Here's a suggestion - provide the option of viewing the map "to scale." For example, you placed Longyang Road directly north of Pudong Airport to save space on the screen so we don't have to scroll a lot. Yet, on a truly scaled map you'd see that the airport is actually southeast of Longyang. It's misleading and makes it hard to judge distances..Version: 1.4

✓ Travel with easeI don't always use the route planner function, because google maps gives more precise directions, but this app is a godsend. It keeps me from looking like a tourist because i don't have to study the posted maps, I can discreetly check my direction with this. The maps are clear and in both Chinese and English, so I need to ask a local, I simply change the language. I've gotten so confident with traveling now that I have many of the routes memorized.
