✓ Can’t loginDon’t bother downloading the app. You’ll be prompted to create an account. Once you create the account, you can’t even login. I’ve tried several times to reset it. It just doesn’t work..LittygalVersion: 7.6.0

✓ GARBAGE APPThis app is absolutely worthless. You advertise on Twitter that you can top up the card directly in the app and yet it is nowhere to be found. I tried to dig in the review section to figure out what am I missing out and wow you guys are truly a bunch of liars. You said the top up functionality will be available SOON since July and now you just casually tell people to wait penitently til 2021? Having patient for a functionality that people were asking for years, what an absolute joke! How do you take people's money and sleep at night knowing that you potentially put many people's lives at risk during the pandemic? It’s horrendous to see people queue up every 1st of month exposed to the virus meanwhile you’re keeping lying to people. And don’t let me start with the Express Transit mode implementation on the Navigo card. Look around you, almost everywhere you can use a transit card effortlessly with the iPhone, and right here in the most touristic city in the world, people still need to touch the old card from the 90. ✓ Faring options need to be integratedThe app needs to tell users where to buy tickets. For example, if they may or load onto navigo or purchase paper tickets that should be indicated, preferebly even showing station maps where macchines or ticket counters are located. And if navigo load is possible, app should direct through order flow to allow purchase through NFC on mobile phone. ✓ Presque réussi...Difficile de scanner son pass avec le téléphone. Ok, une fois scanné, c’est simple à acheter des pass semaine/moi sur la carte Navigo Découverte. Mais impossible d’acheter un ticket t sur l’appli si l’on n’a pas la carte Navigo Easy. En plus, on ne peut pas ajouter un pass semaine sur la Navigo Easy non plus. Pourquoi! Ce n’est pas simple ni économique! Le jour où le carton disparaîtra il faudra avoir deux cartes Navigo, une une pour le pass semaine/moi et un autre pour les ticket t. Ou pas? Impossible de comprendre pourquoi le système ne serait aussi simple qu’à Londres où il n’existe qu’une seule carte où l’on peut ajouter du crédit, dès pass we/semaine/mois. Ah, et les pass semaine pourraient durer 7 jours et commencer n’importe quel jour de la semaine, inutile pour un touriste d’acheter un pass Lundi-Dimanche si son séjour commence le Mercredi soir et fini le Jeudi Prochain..Plop12292992Version: 7.4.0
