✓ DisappointingI enjoyed the content but faults with subscription renewal means cannot access anything previously purchased or any new ones. Really cross about this.Version: 2.0.6
✓ HopelessHow can you create an update to an already poor app and make it worse? This version has made me re-download each copy of the magazine EXCEPT May, which I have to buy again - ridiculous. And, the new format is about 1cm short of the top and bottom of the screen - so the whole mag is significantly smaller. Hopeless..Version: 2.0.6
✓ Looks good, keeps crashingNice when it opens, but tends to crash 9 times out of 10 before opening the app. It worked fine with just one magazine downloaded, but with lots, it seems to be unable to function. Very poor!.Version: 1.5.0
✓ BBC Wildlife magazine new appIt’s awful! Why did you have to change it? Now it goes back to the start of the magazine every time I log out and is really slow for each new page before it will allow one to scroll down the page. Not all change is progress and this certainly isn’t!.Version: 7.0.0
✓ Subscription does not workI purchased a 12 month subscription having been a paper subscriber for a couple of years. Have paid for the subscription via iTunes I was then unable to download the current issue. I spent 2 weeks battling with the developers to resolve my problem to no avail. There customer service is very poor. In the end I contacted apple and they issued me a refund. So I can't comment on the actually magazine I can say that I would avoid subscribing as you may find your paying for nothing as I did..Version: 1.0

✓ Doesn't workThis would be good if it works, but it doesn't, support is useless and I still haven't got a refund. It got stuck halfway through downloading and now won't download at all. The app support answered once, I tried what they suggested and it still didn't work. I told them this and asked for a refund and I still haven't heard anything after a week (I have the new iPad). ✓ Impossible to downloadBought the app and then the six months subscription. Paid and couldn't download the current issue. ✓ Charged for the free trialI enabled the monthly magazine subscription yesterday in order to download a free issue to test. The app stated that would not be charged until the first month had completed. However, upon checking my bank account this morning, I found that I had been charged the monthly fee of £2.99 all the same. Although I enjoy the magazine itself, the digital edition is little more than scanned pages of he paper edition (in contrast to some digital magazines that incorporate a degree of interactivity)..Version: 3.3.53

✓ Automatic subscriptionI was just trying to read an article online on the internet and it took me to the app a little while ago. There was no clarity at the top that there is a subscription attached to the magazine hiding below. When I clicked the top I never realised I may have got a subscription now which I never intended.
