✓ Poor app designGreat magazine but terrible app and customer service. The application crash almost every other time and full of bugs I registered for a year subscription but due to app issue I had to reinstall the app again. After reinstalling it I lost my subscription and when I contact the DNA magazine to get my subscription number this is the answer that I got : "Unfortunately any purchases made through iTunes is just for the DNA Digital Version subscription. It does not include Premium or any other DNA specific promotions. This is the case for all publishers who also have iTunes selling Digital Version subscriptions of their publications." I have no idea what are they thinking ITunes issued refund for me DON'T BUY IT ..... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP !!! Keep your 50 bucks and buy another mag.Version: 4.1.3

✓ UnethicalI bought a year's subscription. The app won't let me download any issues without registering with a non- apple website-- which I thought was against Apple policy. When I complained to the developer some guy said they would install a "restore purchases" button. They never did this promised upgrade. Now the app won't even open. It just crashes the moment you try to open it. I can't believe Apple still allows this to be sold. I paid for an entire year's subscription. Like setting fire to the better part of $100. ✓ If only it worked, but so far it does not.So far, I've only been able to access the one free issue (which is not really a full issue). After waiting 2 weeks for my account to be activated to finally download full issues, I still keep getting login errors. So I can't review the app until I can see how it actually works. But I'm getting frustrated with not being able to use it and having to wait so long between responses from DNA's Support just to get help. ✓ Poor appThe magazines fail to download properly every time. This leaves you in an endless loop of entering passwords in the pocket mag app and the apple store which brings you to a blank screen, deleting the mags and starting all over. Avoid this app !.Version: 4.2.3
