✓ Currently uselessEvery time I’ve opened it in recent months there have been whole sections that are nothing but blank white. So I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now all I get is a message telling me that the app can’t connect right now and to try later. It’s a shame. This used to be a good app for Colts fans..Version: 21.11.605

I’m in the network area (Indianapolis), location services are turned on, I’m not on VPN, and I’m still getting the message that “streaming isn’t available due to NFL regulation.” Fix the app or location services or whatever isn’t communicating properly. ✓ DESPERATELY NEEDS BUG FIXESThis app desperately needs to be updated! On game day specifically, when you open the app it crashes as soon as you try to go to any link. The score will not update until the game is over, and when you try to refresh it will either stay the same (showing the scheduled game time) or the app will shut down entirely. If you try to listen to the live feed it will not load, and the screen will stay blanks. You also can’t open up any article about injuries or game day lineup without it crashing. ✓ Have to have the app to download the tickets from Ticketmaster?I recently had my ticket purchased in a group transferred to me via Ticketmaster per the email. After trying again and again to log into my Ticketmaster account I finally realized that I had to create a Colts account to get the ticket. No where on the site was that mentioned or clearly stated. Regardless after researching how to get the tickets on my Ticketmaster app and account—which I already have—I saw that you MUST have the colts app to get access to the tickets. I don't want the colts app. I just want my tickets. Too bad. Confusing and annoying. Needs to be easier/more clear UI.Version: 6.1.1
✓ Gameday AudioOne star only because I live in Akron, OH and this is my only way to listen to the Colts games. I’ve tried the regular station app as well and for some reason or another, the audio just will not come through. You click live to get live audio and just silence. It’s beyond irritating when you’re trying to cheer on your team from a few hundred miles away and you can’t. Also, the play by play screen can use some upgrades, not the best to look at when trying to follow the game since the audio won’t work..Version: 6.1.1

✓ Poor Live AudioI live outside the Indy market and I rely on the audio to listen to the games.. the app doesn’t always work when i try to listen live. It will stop mid stream and won’t start back up even after restarting the app and the audio doesn’t continue to play when i leave the app. I wish to be able to listen to the game while taking care of this. ✓ Articles.... where are you!!Not sure if this is an issue with the app or my phone however looking at other posts, its the app. I cannot view any articles posted on the app. Its got the header and/or footer on the page but no article loads. I have deleted and reloaded the app over 20 times over the past year and a half and only once did it fix the issue for one article but then clicking on another article it was back to being blank. I have been Colts fan since birth and since I joined the Navy when they left Baltimore i have remained a fan. So this is so frustrating to not have the access to view status updates. ✓ Not Good App and Another Way for $$$Just a poorly designed web app that links to external resources in the app container. Now I have to use this app to get my tickets as print from home are no longer available. Mainly so Colts can get more in the middle and make $$$ off of resale. ✓ Ticket TransferTransferring tickets last week for the first time was rather challenging. 45 minutes prior to the start of the game and the transfer portal suddenly disappeared. When it finally came back I was only able to transfer 1 of 3 tickets. ✓ Audio ControlsThis app is insanely frustrating when listening to any audio source within the app. Controls don’t appear in the control center when you swipe down from the top right corner. Just incorporate audio controls into the app already... it’s painful if you’re listening to something and have to stop it half way through and have no way to get back to where you left off without listening to the whole first half again. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both my iPhone AND iPad. Both devices have the same problem. Clicking on the link for App Support within this App Store leads to a 404 page on the Colts website; so that was no help either..Version: 6.21
