I am a grandmother{60},disabled, surviving on a small monthly income...so naturally I cannot afford cable tv or any other pay tv. ✓ It actually does work in Canada, just need a VPNFor those of you who doesn’t know yet, just get yourself a VPN. There are a handful of free ones that is easy to use and only requires between iOS 9.0 to iOS 11.0, so there’s still a compatible one for devices from iPhone 4s & up, iPad 2 & up, and iPod touch 5 & up, all has iOS 9.3.5. I live in Canada and I use a free and easy to use VPN that supports iOS 9 & up and then boom, I can use it. Anyways, brief review, this app is actually pretty easy to use and there is a few decent movies to watch for free. If you used other free movie platforms, chances are this app’s UI will likely be easy to figure out. The only downside is that from I can tell, the selection is not great. Majority seems to be movies that no one has heard of. Yes, there are a few hidden gem movies, but overall, I feel like Tubi TV, Crackle, IMDb TV and YouTube individually has better choices than popcorn flix. Despite that, I would definitely check this app out. Just remember that those of you that’s living in Canada to please just go get yourself a VPN (free one if you can’t afford a paid one)..Version: 4.34

✓ Not Working with ChromecastI really like this app, but lately it hasn’t been working with the Google Chromecast. It keeps showing an advertisement for ‘The Good Student’ without loading any of the shows. It is unusable after the update. Please fix this..Version: 4.26.0
✓ Lots of Content, But No Watch List or SearchThis app is made exclusively for impulse watching. There’s no Watchlist to save titles for future viewing. There’s no search function in the version for Apple TV to find movies you might want to see. There’s also no alphabetical or age organization; only titles in random order by category. That makes it terribly inefficient for busy viewers. For instance, if you find out a movie is available on Popcornflix using an app like Just Watch, it could take hours to actually find the movie in the Popcornflix app. The iOS version permits you to register an account, but, since the Apple TV version does not contain a signin means and neither version permits a Watchlist, registering in the iOS version serves no purpose. The app is simply not ready for prime time..Version: 4.37

✓ Xbox?I love this app cuz of the good selection of movies and shows, especially for being free, but why aren’t the same shows on the Xbox? I just got PopcornFlix on my Xbox One and tried watching Rango, but all the good shows including Rango, Friday the 13th, and 21 Jumpstreet weren’t there and was just a bunch of bad b movies. Now I’m not saying all b movies are bad, but it was just really low quality stuff.Version: 4.22.1

✓ ReviewFound several movies I enjoyed. The worst is when commercials come on and the volume they play at, gonna blow speakers!
