✓ Review of the Wink Weather app.As much as I do enjoy the alerts of oncoming storms, lightning and heavy rain in my area, I’d like to suggest something. It would be even more informative if we knew the direction of the inclement weather, ie rain coming from the west or storms coming from the east. No matter where you are in SWFL, we should know East from West, and therefore know the direction of the approaching bad weather. Thank you..Version: 5.10.506

✓ Thumbs Up!I am really enjoying this app! I used the weather channel app for years but have become increasingly frustrated with it and all the clutter. I want accurate radar without any worthless “predicted radar”, and to the point forecasts. This app doesn’t take forever to load and view as well as not being cluttered with ads. ✓ Most Accurate for everywhereAlthough the weather in South Florida is hard to predict, this app has been the most accurate for reliable weather forecast. While using 5 other apps to help me as a field supervisor for a roofing company, I found that this app is the best in comparison. I have moved away from Florida and it works great where I live now. I think it’s even more accurate with the easier to predict weather. I wish I can turn off the advertisement, but the banners aren’t in the way. I tried to find the app in a more general skin, but haven’t been successful..Version: 5.4.934

After moving away from Ft Myers I have shared WINK weather with hundreds of people since you can change the location. I along with others find that WINK weather gives me quicker alerts than local weather apps. The forecast is spot on even while living several states away.
