✓ This app is badThis magazine app is very poorly managed. It constantly crashes and the magazine has zero support for technical issues....buy Dirt Rider...it works!!! ✓ Poor first impressionsRecently decided to subscribe to Dirt Bike magazine (digital). Downloaded the app from the app store as directed. Clicked on the subscribe button to purchase a 1yr subscription. As of this time, I am still not able to download nor access the current volume (April). Sent an email to customer service and unfortunately I seemed to have confused matters but my support request has been deemed resolved and yet no digital download of my magazine subscription. I'll continue to try to resolve but at first impression, Zinio is a much easier method of subscribing to digital magazines. At this point I'd rather cancel my subscription and credit my account than go through steps to resolve. But that's just me..Version: 2.2.6
