✓ Great app for non-speaking sonThis is a great free version to try out and see if it works for you. Within days, I bought the reasonably priced full version (£8.99) as a one-off payment. There are preset categories and boards but also the ability to customize. It’s also incredibly easy to add pictures from your own photos and add text, there’s attractive colour schemes (which can also be standardized to a black background if colours are distracting). ✓ Absolutely awesomeHaving worked with autistic children for over 13y and seeing the difference PECS make in their day to day life, I decided to give this app a try with my 14 month old daughter. I used the 6 adaptable box page added pictures important things for her (nap, hot milk, drink, snack, outside & medicine) Today, just 4 days after putting these into use she took my phone and indicated that she wanted a drink! Then after her nap, she once again made it clear she wanted the phone and showed me she was ready for a snack. WOW!!!
