✓ Completely unreliable on their serviceI requested a 2 hour read at a rate of $29 and did not receive it until almost 15 hrs later. It was just as short as the quick read from Aunt Sophie. Nothing was detailed. One sentence in every aspect of ones life. I have written to them various times and have not received a response from anyone. I will be reporting them for not providing the services they state. Don’t waste your time on the extras. They do not even deserve a star, but I have no choice....JTesinaVersion: 3.4.42

✓ Developers Don’t Make ChangesOver 8 months ago, I sent message in app to Developer & no reply to date… Instead of showing Users the date of a Cup Reading, they show ‘Last Week’ or ‘Last Month’, etc. How are we to remember what date we asked for reading so we can understand what we’re told will happen??? As example, I like to ask a question or wish before turning cup over & I would love to see if their reading matches what I asked. Also, they show an ad on every click in the app, even if you just saw the same ad. ✓ IssuesI’ve had this app for years and it’s been amazing. Readings have been accurate and everything. Have been a bit upset these past few weeks since the app doesn’t work for me anymore. ✓ Don’t spend money on itIt’s a fun and accurate app, however save your money. I get charged when I purchase the coins for double the amount it says, and customer service always answers the first message complaint asking for a picture of a bank charge. ✓ Not soo good anymoreThey say such false things now that has nothing to do with your life. It sounds made up now. When I first got this app and tried it I was surprised how accurate the readings were. Then when I started using it a lot they started giving readings that made no sense. ✓ Pls read it.Hi I’ve been using this app for like 2-3 years now and i remembered it had a old version almost everything was red haha.. now it’s way better and pretty interesting, only one thing about it that drives me crazy is the prizes when you shake your phone. Those prizes drive me mad, I mean I’ve been getting those prizes for 3 days streak and all of them are 3 credits or a discount. I also have subscription but you can only get one prize from kaaveGold every 24 hours. ✓ So many glitchesI honestly like the old version, the free tickets go missing, the videos freeze or don’t load. I tried using that feature to grab credits & it doesn’t work for me. Sometimes it wouldn’t allow me to use my free reading. No customerSupport. There’s a few times where My cup isn’t able to be read by one the tellers & I lose that cup. ✓ Poor experience with credit questsThe app is nice and fun. However, the experience with credit quests is an absolute nightmare. They are unable to tie up the users donations to credit rewards. The representative asked to share payment proofs and despite sharing email confirmation screenshots, bank transaction screenshots etc., continued to decline the request. ✓ MisleadingFirstly the app closes itself constantly when you open it. Secondly it freezes after taking one photo. Thirdly not one of the readings have even been close to true yet and they’re very short not much detail in them and I’ve been using it for months :/ Finally not all credits are given after watching videos. ✓ A pass time but not trueI have used this app to clear my head and think into the future. The readings are not useful nor specific. They could be for anyone :) so if you think you will have a window into the future don’t waste your time. ✓ They don’t respond when you try to contact themUnfortunately, there isn’t a response when you try contacting them. And to watch an advertisement to get coins also does not work. You don’t receive coins. Maybe this review will help out in getting them to work on this… Update: I did receive a response on this thread, however contact is still not possible I have followed the instructions added but no responses. Also, why can’t we get coins anymore for watching an advertisement as advertised on the app? Update: sending a message to get a response time is not working, I have had messages sent many times over the span of 1-2 years. Also: collecting gold coins of you watch an advertisement doesn’t work. Update3: I still have not received a response from support after many attempts. They respond here but not on the app. I was charged for a Subscription but when going on it, it does not work. It states I need to get a subscription. It’s utterly frustrating.
