But, i thought i could at least have the option of choosing the names and other things on the list and have it aside in a menu or something. ✓ Not worth the moneyNever, in all of my years, never have I said anything derogatory about an app that helps someone learn. Today that changes, since I bought this app and looked through it, exceedingly curious, only to find that I could have just looked up character traits or colors online. There is no different result here than there is on the internet. I downloaded this, assuming that I could gain more ideas than I already have, but of course I was wrong. ✓ Good idea, needs workI think this is a really good idea, which is what gets the three stars. But, as has been mentioned in other reviews, it could be more comprehensive. I would quite like a 'buildings' category. Also perhaps you could list words associated with certain things, such as heat, water etc.? I would find that useful! ✓ Pretty useful, but can't add content.I like the layout and the notes, the content is a little limited however. What would make this app so much better would be the ability to add info and content to the different categories. This app is good but could be amazing! ✓ Lists and ...There is no way to separate the lists, you either print or email, then start another list, you cannot save and put into individual folders by character for example and go back to it. There is no option from what I can see to start your own list either. For his reason I find it gets 3 stars. As it stands i would have expected to pay 69p for this, not worth the money at the moment. ✓ Good but could always be betterIt's a great idea and has some really useful stuff! I would like to see a randomiser though, and be able to have, say, a surname picked at random for an unimportant character (maybe even include name origin and meaning), as opposed to having to scroll and read them all. It's just I thought I would be able to select and it would automatically short-list the ones I liked without having to come out and manually type them in the notes section. ✓ Not much use to professionalsI am surprised by the very positive reviews this app has garnered. The content could fit on a few napkins. It consists of nothing more than 37 categories, each with a list of words or phrases. Some lists are very brief - the Conflicts list has eight entries (man against man, man against nature,...) and I'd hazard to say that none are useful to a professional writer. The list of names, which might have been useful, is merely a long, alphabetical list, unsorted by ethnicity or year of popularity. There are much better resources available on the internet, or in books. This app is not worth the money, or even the screen space..DMKZVersion: 1.5

✓ I really like it, but...It's not perfect, there are things that could be added, like meanings of names, their nationalities, and more specific categories within categories, so it's easier to find things, like in jobs - finding them alphabetically is hard, it would be easier if they were categorised by field, like medical, political, professional, business, law enforcement.IamaguirarpickVersion: 2.0
