✓ Another subscription money grabI paid for this app to remove ads but now the developer wants me to pay for a subscription. The right way to do this would be to release a completely new version of the app with additional features and let this current version co-exist for those of us who bought it. I refuse to pay again for something I already purchased. It’s a simple timer with sounds which doesn’t justify a subscription. I’ve already installed another app that does the same thing without a subscription. Just plain greedy..EripetraVersion: 5.0.1

✓ Does not load on 5th GEn Ipod Touch iOS8.3I downloaded it to my Ipod Touch 5th Gen running iOS8.3, it will not go past the load screen. I redownloaded it, rebooted the device, nothing works. I will be requesting a refund from Apple as it's too expensive in my App Store to wait for an update that either may never come or possibly wont work for my device. ✓ Need off line capabilityWould have rated this app 5stars if I could use it without data. I travel quite a bit for work and I don’t always have global roaming. I’d love to use this apps timer to silently meditate on a plane and have the watch tap my wrist to notify me that I need to do my 2mins wind down post meditation. ✓ Good but a bit buggyIt’s a simple great app which I use everyday but it was some annoying quirks. Sometimes the timer just stops working. Today, January 8, 2023, when I opened it up I got a message that they were shifting to a monthly or yearly subscription for a much higher price. ✓ Money grabI paid a one time fee and was happy to for the pro version, but now they’re making an obvious money grab and forcing users to switch to a subscription model. Are they adding any value when forcing us to suddenly pay more for the same app? OF COURSE NOT! They just decided to jump on the bandwagon and get more income on an app that is rarely (ever?) updated. My previous 5* rating immediately falls to 1* when users are taken advantage of like this. ✓ I watch app uselessI bought this app as I wanted to use the watch app to buzz at intervals to bring me back to the present if my mind was wandering. But though the Phone part is full of promise the watch add-in is useless 1. Only works whilst connected to the phone so you have to have your phone with you and connected 2. Drops the connection every few minutes which halts the timer and requires you to click connect on the watch. I haven’t managed one 45 min session where it doesn’t stop working at some point. I now use a sports interval timer app which works properly, you configure the session on you phone, which downloads to the watch then works stand-alone without fail. Please sort out the watch app as I would love to use the logging functionality in you app but it is hopeless whilst the watch part keeps stopping midsession. Ps make haptics only an option, when I am meditating with others I don’t want sounds and it is a pain to have to configure silent mode every time I want to use the app.JuleslemerVersion: 3.4.4

✓ Annoying rating nagStill broken. Still nagging me to rate. The latest update seems to have given the app a few annoying issues. First, when clicking any of the buttons there's nearly a full second delay on my iPhone CE before it registers. Also, they added an annoying rating nag. Well, here you go guys, I'm rating your app. There's still no way to set a vibrating alarm on a per timer basis. I have to go into settings every time I want to switch between a quiet vibration and one of the sounds. As far as I can tell, there's no option for a solid background. All the backgrounds are very busy and often the text is hard to see because of that. The most annoying new issue though, is that the app stops running occasionally in the background now. It's not very useful as a timer if I half-hour later I look down to see what's going on and my 15 minute timer has stopped at 12 minutes..The-hattarVersion: 3.4.4

✓ Why add a subscription?Paid for this app sometime ago and love it for what it is. It works perfectly, allows multiple timers, and has a nice simple interface. It has worked very well for me and I was glad to pay a one time fee. Imagine my surprise when I opened it today — several months after the last update — and was greeted with a message that the app is now a monthly/yearly subscription. ✓ Meditation TimerThis has the potential to be an excellent meditation timer. It has the potential to allow for someone to time segments of their meditation time which is rare. One can sit for extended periods such as two or more hours then have a tone to signal switching to a second segment for another period of time. The winds can be tailored So why the low rating. Setting what one wants is confusing. I reached out to those who distribute this app and received NO help. They recommended another app??? Really ? The app they recommended had limited options and wanted all kinds of personal information. Not good😒. It would be nice to have more soothing sounds to choose from. I don’t like that the screen background changes some have a very negative impression. A third thing is that for the longest interval the tone is not defined or loud enough and I miss the signal to change. So sad that developers are not more user friendly..SitinbhaooyVersion: 4.3
