✓ Fastest Remote Desktop for MacI have been struggling with finding a good, inexpensive yet fast Remote Desktop solution. I have tried apple's built-in VNC server with ssh tunneling and VNC client, and other products that claim to offer better solutions but this is by far the best one. Over 3G the performance is top notch, however disconnects are frequent. I have found to prevent disconnects to creat a VPN to my Mac using Mountain Lion Server, and then to point avstreamer to the LAN ip of my computer and viola, it works beautifully.
