✓ Great AppMy only complaint is that when viewed on an iPad you can’t see double page spreads together which defeats the point if you have to swipe to see the second half of a room!.Version: 33.2
✓ Wouldn’t Be Without House and GardenHave been taking the magazine for over 30 years and now also save articles in the app. I still eagerly await my paper version of the publication but find saving articles easier on the app. It is undoubtedly the best of its kind and gives me much joy each month. ✓ This is rubbishWhat a pain this app is. It frequently requires me to sign in, unless I download a new version of the app I cannot get the latest month, it takes ages to download and instead of remembering where I am in the magazine, it takes me back to the cover each time. Other magazines can do. What's wrong with these people?.Version: 33.0
✓ Terrible appI have and have paid for the app but can’t download the magazine. Conde Nast blame apple which is a terrible piece of customer service..Version: 33.0
✓ Download problemsAs with others, I can download one month's issue but when a new issue appears I am asked to pay in spite of my automatic monthly renewal ( which, in itself, seems an odd system). I then delete the app, reload it from my purchased apps and it works once ( but only once!) before I have to repeat the deletion process. Getting a bit boring! Philip Hill.Version: 3.1.4
✓ The missing, no access to, paid for, unread magazine!!!I bought this March 2015 issue of the British HOUSE AND GARDEN. But I have not been able to access it to either view or read it. The issue has disappeared. It does show up on my Newsstand App, but when I open up the March issue icon it turns into my February 2015 issue, which I have viewed and read, and still have access to. I have paid $5.79 plus $.75 tax, for absolutely nothing. I am quite upset and frustrated with this problem, which makes no sense to me. I have given notification twice of this problem to no avail. I am still waiting to have this problem fixed, or be reimbursed for what I paid. Hope this is fixed very soon. Thanks. Today is June 25, 2017. I have finally found all of my magazines that I had previously paid for. Now I will be buying more, because, this magazine is my favourite in print and on-line. I have bought "British House and Garden Magazine" in print, for many, many years. The problem was the printed version was starting to take up a lot space. Therefore, I am very pleased that I can now purchase this most wonderful, and, the best home interior decor magazine, on-line. Keep up the good work!!.Version: 33.0
✓ I think they need some mathematicsI just got my new iPhone XS with 500GB of storage. Imagine my surprise when I fired up this app and learnt that I was low on disc space and the app erased all my previous purchases. I just checked. 403GB of spare space could make things a bit tight for some but not for me. Do you think the programmers are having problems with where to put the decimal place? ✓ Summer readingIt is delicious to browse through the lush pages of the H & G magazine. Gossip is interesting when one has holiday time to indulge and gazing upon beautiful summer villas and their refreshing interiours most enjoyable. I wish the G&G application would be available on a laptop since reading large format of a luxurious glossy magazine on the tiny screen of a mobile iPhone is quite limited and at times discouraging. Reading the digital form would be so much improved if one could enjoy its pages on a large screen.
