Command the seas, conquer the land, build an Empire.
An epic game of real-time tactics which combines turn-based empire building with massive 3D real-time battles on land and at sea. Charged with the fortunes of a nation, you must use diplomacy, trade and military force to establish it as the dominant power of the 18th Century.
Decide the strategy behind the development and expansion of your empire. Expand your borders through conquest or diplomatic cunning. Conquer overseas territories to establish colonies and profitable trade networks. Take command of the battlefield and patrol the open seas to defeat your enemies and shape the contours of history.

✓ Great Game - what graphics problem?This game is brilliant, you just lose yourself in it. I also thought the graphics were terrible when I bought it and was pretty annoyed, but if you just change the screen resolution it's now more than fine, and actually pretty impressive. Don't listen to the others - they just haven't tried changing the screen resolution in the options section of the game. Works great on my 13 inch 2011 Macbook Pro..Version: 1.0
✓ Performance issuesI was looking forward to Empire Total War but on the 2010 Macbook Pro (i5, 8GB Ram, GT 330m 512MB), this game stutters heavily on any settings, which makes it unplayable at times. Today I contacted Feral and they told me that on some GT 330m cards this happens. So, if you got the game and have same system and similar performance, know that guys at Feral and nvidia are working hard on resolving these issues. Five stars for customer support!.Version: 1.0
