✗ DeceptiveI downloaded another application because I was looking for a free invoice making for my small business. That application suggested Billdu, the ad stated that Billdu was free. I spent the entire day entering my product info one by one. When I attempted to create my first invoice I see a notification at the top of the app stating that I’m on a 30 day free trial, that is ridiculous!!!!!! That was never there before neither was it started during the process of me entering my details. The time I took to enter the product info was a sacrifice because I have a ton load of things to do but I really wanted to get my business off the ground. Im so disappointed.Lacy876Version: 4.6.30

✗ Lack of basic customization make the program weird to use domesticallyBeen looking for a good invoicing app, I have probably tried every one in the App Store. I started playing with this one and it is the best one by a pretty good stretch. But... there is a lack in basic invoice customization that makes invoices really awkward. Adding United States and “(USD)” to local invoices is strange for local invoicing. Literally nobody does that. This program doesn’t let you remove that from your invoices. When brought up to customer support they made it pretty clear they didn’t plan on fixing that bug anytime soon. I’m talking about 10 minutes of their devs team time to add a hide button for currency type and a blank option for Country. Simple “thanks for the feedback, ya that’s easy to do, expect that in the next update or two” would have made me a convert and probably use for years. I’m using it for the time being. Dealing with the issues. My experience with customer service so far isn’t great but I hope they’ll eventually get to these fixes. We’ll see.Piloter11111Version: 4.2.8
