✓ Use to love this app, now it’s uselessI used to not only love this app but recommend it to everyone. However over the years as it changed to Crowdfire and then Twitter cracked down on it, it’s gotten worse and worse. Now I’m expected to pay extra for basic features that my social networks already have built in and the features I’m supposed to have access to (like analytics and recommend content to post) don’t even work! So now I’m left with paying for an app that only lets me schedule content. Sorry but I just can’t pay for a feature Hootsuite already does so much better. On top of that for the month or more when the features of the app were unusable because Twitter suspended their API use, I was not given a refund for my money. That’s $15 a month I was paying for absolutely nothing at the time. Seems unjust to just take people’s money and offer no service. I only found out because I opened that app to recommend it to someone and then was presented with a message about it currently being unusable. They really should have refunded anyone paying for their service during that time, but it feels like ever since they rebranded to Crowdfire they have been struggling to tread water. Unfortunately after using this app for years and years I just couldn’t justify the cost with the lack of service and had to cancel my account..Version: 11.15.2

✓ Twitter’s issuesMy suggestion is to, instead of the error email sent when the Twitter posts fail a message is sent that you all are having issues with Twitter and detail what you are doing to fix the problem. You should also send a message out via our notification letting us know of the problem rather than it being a not if we sign in with Twitfer (that's how I learned.) Keep in mind others do not sign in that way. Use the same message you used at that sign in. Also, put it in your community blog, tweet about it, put it on all of your Facebook page and wherever else you think will capture the attention of your users and the attention of Twitdevelopers who might worry about the publicity and immediately fix the problem to get you to stop making a big deal out if this. 😉 The key is transparency, do not play the victim (which you are not but for the sake of getting Twitter’s atte) and deeply apologetic. ✓ Won’t even open.I used Crowdfire years ago, and from what I remember I liked the app a lot. But for a period of time I got less serious about my instagram and stopped using apps to help me schedule posts and the like. I recently got really into my social media game though after starring on a dating show though, wanting to capitalize on the following that it helped bring me, and I remembered Crowdfire and saw that people were still using it! I apparently still had it downloaded so I updated the app and I’ve been trying to access it for days. However, no matter what I do this app will not open. I just get the main page and it says launching forever. It may be a decent app, if it was usable, but at this point it’s needlessly taking up storage on my phone. Looks like it’s fine to delete and find another app..Version: 11.8

✓ Where’s the promised features?I used to use Crowdfire ages ago and then uninstalled it. I reinstalled today and paid for the Earth membership for a year which the features of seeing unfollowers, followers and such. But these haven’t appeared? Only for Twitter, when purchasing it didn’t specify that these were only available for Twitter. If I can’t use these for my Instagram account I want a full refund..Version: 10.0.1
✓ Don’t waste your time and moneyBeen using this app and the web version for a couple of years now. I’ve seen it at its best and unfortunately also now at its worst. Downtime of functionality is insane and it’s littered with bugs. It’s been literally at least 10 months since developers pushed out an update. ✓ Functionality AbandonedI’ve happily used this app to help get some time back into my days by scheduling posts in advance. I noticed some performance issues so updated my app and it was the worst decision I made. I wish I had persisted with the sluggish performance because after upgrading a new subscription feature was introduced which means I can no longer use the app in the way I have enjoyed it. The developers have introduced a new barrier which means I can only schedule one post a day unless I upgrade to a paid plan. Being forced to pay for a feature with no warning of the change is enough to push me to abandon this app altogether and find an alternative app to schedule my posts. It’s frustrating that I can’t schedule even 2 posts a day - there is now no reason for me to use this app at all. Great job at alienating your user base Crowdfire, a subscription model should have been better planned before being rolled out. I’m sure there will be many other users rudely surprised and frustrated like myself and now given the motivation to take their service elsewhere. ✓ UghI ran into so many problems after subscribing then I unsubscribed and went to get my money back from apple and I should have kept the subscription because apple said it didn’t qualify for a refund, my mistake I could kick myself. So I’m out ten bucks and the problems I had were accounts not working they said they were linked but not showing up and when they did work they wouldn’t post all I’d get is the Oops error screen or the app wanting more money so I’m out ten bucks and I deleted the app. I’m old I just wanted something simple!!.Version: 11.21.25

✓ Useless, no customer service eitherI was super excited about this app, I had a play with the content searching feature, and was convinced I’d found a solution to all my first world problems. But when I decided to add my Facebook, it wouldn’t allow me to and sent me on a frustrating cycle of “please subscribe” “try for free” “please subscribe” no matter what I attempted, I still couldn’t add my Facebook. Then came the pathetic excuse of customer service, there is no contact support option anywhere, just a page of irrelevant help topic links. ✓ My ReviewI don't usually write reviews, mainly because if I don't like an app I delete it but I actually need an app like this. When I first got it years ago, it was honestly splendid and helped me maintain my fast growing Twitter account. Now, it barely works. I'll open it up and it'll lag and the features will never load. The annoying thing is that I actually found a way to make it work, and that's by deleting it and re-uploading it. ✓ Grandfather Rights Please!This app used to be the best app around for tracking Unfollowers. From the beginning I was able to unfollow 200 who were not following me back daily for free, with this latest update it has dropped to only 10. Now they want a monthly payment of $9.99. The best feature about this app is that it shows you oldest to newest followings, giving them time between tweets to decide if they wish to follow you back or not instead of unfollowing someone you just followed yesterday. I used to love this app but Greed has lowered its ratings and has been very discouraging. In addition, the Unfollow feature has changed and has slowed down functionality drastically. I hope they will consider giving grandfather rights to long time users if we promote this app from our account. There are many different features to this app that are very helpful for growing your Fanbase. Please don’t make me delete you Crowdfire.Version: 10.0.1

✓ Lots of spam postsI only used Crowdfire a few times and for one solid reason... it shows unrelated posts. I fine tuned my topics to be about website design, website designer and graphic designer. So I expected to see posts about this. What I often got was nothing to do with these topics. For instance I opened up the app to do a post about website design, and was searching the list. I went two posts down from the top to find a post about terrorism. I mean unless the guys occupation was listed as website designer in the post I very much believe it was nothing to do with the topic. CrowdFire reconfigure your app to actually only show relating topics to the ones selected. Until you do I won’t be using the app not purchasing a subscription..Version: 11.1

✓ Should have read the reviewsSo i just purchased the annual and found out some of the main features listed are not working. I use Instagram a lot and unable to link my business account due to oAuth error. Support says this is an Instagram issue which is complete BS as I’m able to authenticate other mobile apps using oAuth just fine. Second issue I just found out is that I’m unable to post to Facebook now. Based on previous help, I’ll have to wait a day for an answer. At this point, this app is more of a glorified post reminder than anything else. Sorry to say, but buyer beware on this one. P.s. if the developer responds asking me to email the details. Please check with your support team as I have already submitted the details. UPDATE: Issue was resolved with regards to adding a second Instagram account and posting to Facebook. I’m not clear how it was fixed but retried 1-2 days after reporting issue and there were no more oAuth issues encountered..Version: 11.13

✓ TERRIBLE!I’ve had this app for over 5 years now and have never been more disappointed with an update. I’m not that picky of a person either! Their best feature which is “copy followers” that allows you to follow other peoples followers has been messed up by some dummy that works for this company. Instead of clicking on each follower after follower and not having to scroll. Now you click and have to scroll down after every click and it’s completely inconvenient! I might just end my sub tbh because I use manage flitter as well and they’re not making any dumb changes. Changes are a good thing but not when you mess it up. ✓ FIX THIS, IT’S A JOKE!Crowdfire was great...over a year ago. There’s these new features apparently that make the app so amazing. However, the unfollow limit used to be 200 people and the follow limit was 50 so you could follow thousands of people and unfollow the ones who don’t follow you back hence how I have tens of thousands of followers. Sad to see that the follow/unfollow limits are now 10 each which forces you to pay the monthly subscription. Suddenly it was gone and I had to upgrade to £9 a month? But when I looked in my iTunes subscriptions, I was still subscribed for £3 a month to them. ✓ Went down hillI used Crowdfire everyday a few years back, when it even had a different name. It was my go to app, it worked great. Then I went back to it recently, and they took away all the basic features. If you want people to keep using your app, at least let us use it. A 10 unfollow limit a day is horrible, I’ll just go use another app. I use to be able to unfollow 100s, and now you make everyone pass an excessive amount for that. However, after maxing out the twitter accounts, the competitors followers stopped populating, resorting me to have to go back to the way I was doing it before which was less efficient. The Crowdfire plugin is very useful, but your content creation tool could be a little more efficient it lags and I can’t get any new content for extended periods of time. ✓ Automatically linked to another person’s Facebook accountAfter I logged into the app it automatically log me into another person‘s Facebook account. It auto populated their email address and password, neither of which I had, and I could even push the see button and see the password. I tried deleting that Facebook account and entering in my own and the app kept automatically connecting me to the other Facebook account and wouldn’t let me connect my Facebook account. Even after I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it it still connected me to this other person‘s email account. Then I tried searching all over the Internet to find someway to contact help and get assistance and I couldn’t find any way to contact any person. I finally found an option called mini crowdfire where you can send an email and that was even broke!!! When I tried to send the email The system bounce back and wouldn’t said the email through. ✓ Dissatisfied customer- Twitter still not working, why isn’t Crowdfire giving me a refund I requestedI feel the same way as a previous customer feels. I was not reimburse for the month that I could not use crowdfire when Twitter cracked down now on new rules,( API)now the app I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s so much confusion with it it’s not simple anymore I have not been able to use crowdfire. ✓ Good idea, could be betterCrowdfire is great but you don’t seem to get the topics you ask for to post. For example I run a record label that is mainly alternative rock and other odd genres. The topics for articles I want are about guitars, equipment, new alternative rock artists etc and I get articles about hip-hop and Australian local news. Pictures I get are landscapes. None of it is relevant despite being asked which my main topics are (which also crashes when trying to change on the latest version). App didn’t work for me.I have 3 Twitter accounts and for some reason this app keeps on picking the wrong one despite the fact that I use a totally different email address. After almost 2 days waiting for a response of the support with no luck, I decided to remove the app and install it again and start over again. Unfortunately the same problem occurred again. ✓ Finally deletedAfter using this app for a couple of years, paying for it, and then having further subscription requests and reduced functionality, I have finally deleted the app. Each time I would go into it, some new level of subscription would be in place, reducing my ability to do what I had done previously. And paid for, I might add. Today was the last straw; after having tried to unfollow over the last few days and being blocked at some 8-10 unfollows, I was greeted with a new log in, some new marketing app to which I had to grant permission to log in on my behalf... etc, etc, etc. Have lost the will to live. ✓ Works But Very, Very, Very BuggyFirst, you have to be committed to using this app and it’s recommendations every single day. Do that and you could go from zero to 5,000 users in a year. I did. However, I’m a pretty patient person. But the worst thing is, you’re going to need a good dose of patience to work your way around all the bugs in this app. It works, but definitely not for the faint of heart or someone who isn’t willing to put in the time to build a following. ✓ Useless!I’ve used this for a couple of years. Recently the app stopped working due to Twitter no longer allowing crowdfire to access users data. So, I could no longer keep an eye on who my followers were, who was leaving and who was new. As the app no longer worked, I deleted it. I’ve just reinstalled it and have been notified I need to pay £8.99 a month to view my stats for a week or a month. I can appreciate that the developers are attempting to generate revenue but the app is now useless unless the user pays. Perhaps it’s now strictly for corporate users as the cost is prohibitive for single users. Time to find a new app to track my followers as social stats. Thanks crowdfire you were cool but you’ve now just ended the party. To anyone reading this; this is not the app you’re looking for.....Version: 11.16.1
✓ Very expensiveI wouldn't suggest using ad very expensive. Initially the app identified a few non-followers for free so it worked well if you have a small account. Now it is very expensive subscription if you want to receive anything over a few non-followers. I would suggest looking elsewhere....Version: 10.0.1

✓ Used to be amazing, now does nothing.This used to be a phenomenal app maybe 5 years ago, and I paid the subscription for the extra features, and was running both my private FB and Twitter accounts, and those of my hugely internationally successful radio show. Gradually it seems most of the interesting facilities all died away, and it seems it doesn’t do anything particularly useful anymore at all. I’m on the look out for some more Twitter utilities for managing a political charity, and I downloaded this again half and hour ago and almost immediately deleted it for the reasons I’ve just stated. ✓ Helpful But Buggy And AnnoyingThe concept of the app is great, but the bugs make it annoying. I bought the premium plan but I’ll be canceling soon. I can’t post to Instagram at all. The new Instagram interface asks if I want to post to Story or Feed. Story works but clicking on feed takes me to my camera roll. I pretty much got the app for Instagram posting so if I can’t post to Instagram there’s really not point. I thought they would fix this but it’s been a month now so I’ve give up hope. ✓ Your Fired!I read all the comments and sad to say I have to agree with what the majority is saying. I’ve had this app idk since 2016. I used it it was useful. Stop using it because I have so many apps, decided to come back and use it. The thought was been about 8 months since I haven’t use it , so it must be Banging with cool features now. UPON updating the app, the interface design is alright however the things that matter are non functional. For example programming team on an iPhone 6 Plus updated to latest Apple build. It only allows you to manage 1 account. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE OT A 3 is because I have faith In you guys and the app was decent a year ago. Let’s Pro-gress not De-gress. Peace be upon the team. ✓ Cannot stop billingI started using this app around 4 months ago because I took over social media content creation with my company. Everything worked well and I enjoyed the features of the iPad and iPhone app and I even upgraded to the paid subscription on Black Friday when the rates were discounted. I moved to another position in January and no longer need the paid subscription. Here’s where the issues began...I CANNOT DOWNGRADE! The page to view your subscription/upgrade/downgrade is 404 and doesn’t exist. It’s not in the app nor is it on their desktop webpage. I have reached out to their support email and their Twitter account; neither have resolved the issue. ✓ Very Helpful but Not GreatI’ve had this app for a little over a week now and I love the concept of it. I can schedule all my post for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. I even get notifications about post about new items in my store. As good as it is, there are some downsides. 1) Not everyday I get my prescriptions and if I get it, it’s hours after I have my reminders scheduled for. 2) When I try to return to the app after posting to Instagram, the app completely freezes and I have to force close out of it a couple times before the app starts working again. 3) It would be great if I was able to access all the extra content the app suggest at anytime and not only when the “prescriptions” pop up. I feel like if that was easily available it would make this app a lot better and enjoyable. Within 24 hours they sent me another email message telling me that my account had been deleted. I contacted their support department by email to bring this to their attention. ✓ Worst UI I’ve ever experiencedI saw Crowdfire come recommended in a few blogs I follow, so I decided to check it out. This is hands down the WORST UI I’ve ever experienced. As someone who works I in UX, I’m honestly flabbergasted that this passed any sort of QA process. Logging in was atrocious. I manage multiple IG accounts, but the app decided to look at my login cookies and arbitrarily choose one. Unfortunately for me, it was the wrong login. My only recourse was to sign out of all my accounts, clear my browser cache, and try again. Extremely inconvenient for social media managers - the target demographic. Once I FINALLY logged in, because I don’t use Facebook, it wouldn’t even give me any access to features. But worse, when I tried to get more information, the clunky “login” pop up just kept popping up with each click. Despite logging in previously, it was forcing me to login at each click. They said it’s passed to their engineers, it’s been nearly two weeks these issues are not fixed. How about a single click to like all recommended likes and follow all recommended follows. Scrolling and tapping 100 times is unnecessarily time-consuming. And having to scroll through all non-followers to find the 1 or 2 that don’t follow you? Why not just filter for those you need to take action on? ✓ MaddeningI have two Twitter accounts linked to Crowdfire. The first account was linked through the trial offer. I later paid for Crowdfire and added the second account. It has been a nightmare from the start. I have had to contact customer support several times. Customer service takes 24 hours plus to return my message. That means I try the fix and if it does not work I wait another 24 hrs. Last issue took 72 hours +. I am now locked out of this account by Twitter and have unable to unlock it. The only feature I really like is the deleting of non-followers. The posts provided are pretty generic. I would cancel but I paid up front and will suffer through until renewal. They've since gotten greedy and the pricing is ridiculous! I won't even get into how I was forced to upgrade my app at one time which resulted in having to pay the higher subscription fees... Now, as of January 31, 2019, Twitter has suspended their API access and says it "will not be restored due to prior violations" yet, as of today, Twitter is still listed as an available platform here and on their website with no indication of the current lack of Twitter functionality. I no longer have a use for this app thanks to another free app that gives me the functions I was paying Crowdfire for. If you're looking for an app to manage your Twitter acct, this is not it. I suggest you cancel your subscription if you have one because you won't be able to get a refund if the Twitter functionality is not restored. ✓ Used to be a brilliant app.....This was a great way to see who was playing the unfollow game on twitter. You could unfollow up to 100 accounts per day for free. Unfortunately now the developers of this app are getting money hungry and I seem to only be able to unfollow 25 per week?! Or I could pay £8.99 per month or a lot more per year! ✓ Doesn't work at allThis appears to be a scam app, when opened it asks you to log in with instagram, then it takes you to 4 static pages that you can swipe through, similar to the example images they have on the app store. There's zero functionality and none of the buttons show any indication that they are anything more than just an image on the screen. I'm an experienced app user so I'm confident it wasn't user error. None of the buttons are clickable, the user can only swipe through 'images' of the app interface. If you have downloaded this, delete, report, and change your password immediately..Version: 5.10.3
✓ UselessThis app used to be great when they first launched. Then they made some changes and it became more limited & difficult to use, although still useful. I spent the $$ to subscribe in the hope of getting the initial features back. No such luck. In fact, shortly after it turned out Instagram changed their algorithms overnight and Crowdfire became completely useless. I contacted them asking for a refund of my subscription fee but of course never heard back. Goodbye money. Goodbye Crowdfire..Version: 9.0.1
✓ Deceivingly changes your link to its own promotional link :(The app would actually be really good, if it wasn't for the fact that they basically DECIEVE you by changing your own link in a Facebook post, to a promotional link for their app. So basically you spend your time writing a fb post with a link to your blog, page, etc and schedule it to post at a later date... Without you knowing, they change your link to their own promotional link!! That's just disgusting to mislead you like that!! Not happy at all 👎.Version: 11.0
